Satisfied with the product...after some inconvenience

Edit: Once I wrote a negative review, their customer service team acted quickly, getting my canvas printed and shipped. Then they bugged me to edit the review. Using the tracking numbers on their website was a pain, because just clicking on them brought up an error message. I actually had to cut and paste the tracking numbers into a search bar. But they did arrive! After all that we are satisfied with the quality and the price.

My order is now several days past the date it was supposed to arrive, and it is still listed as "in production" on their website. I contacted customer service, and they just told me to wait another 24-48 hours.

Very Pleased with the Canvas

The canvas print we received for our order looks great! The colors are vibrant and pop really well. The quality of the canvas, frame and backing are outstanding. We are very pleased with the purchase. Delivery was fairly quick with FedEx.

Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware!!!! THIS IS A SCAM! Order a large Canvas and required delivery before mother's day. 2 weeks later the Canvas is still "in production"?! When requesting help with customer service to see if shipping could be expedited or if I could speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If the prices seem too good to be true its probably not true. This brand also somehow has allot of 5 star reviews, I'm assuming that those are bot generated because there is no way this business actually understands the term customer service.

incompetent and irresponsible

This company is incompetent and irresponsible. DON'T ORDER CANVAS PRINTS FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE A PRINT THAT IS ACTUALLY THE SIZE YOU ORDER. They emphasize that their prints are hand made and use this as their excuse for why you don't receive the size you order. They refused to give me a refund after sending me a different size from the one I ordered.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Pictures are printed flipped from what was uploaded. I ordered hexagon tiles and all of them had the sticky strips to hang them on the wall on the picture side rather than the back side.. they are absolutely useless. I have sent multiple emails but no response.

Edit after canvas champ reply:
There is absolutely no way the brown "protective layer" is a protective layer. That is under no circumstances coming off. This was printed incorrectly and canvaschamp does not do anything about it

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration caused with your acrylic hexagon tiles. The acrylic tiles are actually printed on the back side of the acrylic, and the mounting strips are attached to that same back side as part of the design process.

It sounds like the product may simply need to be turned around for proper viewing, and the brown protective layer on the front side should also be removed before use. Once removed, the image should display correctly from the front side of the acrylic.

Very poor quality with my last order and lack of real Customer Support

I have purchased 6 Canvas prints from CanvasChamp during the past year. While multiple purchase have gone fine, my recent one was extremely disappointing. First of all, my order took a very long time (5 weeks)and after calling them, they explained it was an issue in production. Once it did ship, one of the prints was absolutely sub-par quality, washed out and lost so much color even for an enlargement. I also paid additional for the 4K quality. After reviewing this issue with Customer Service, they determined that it was just fine and they would not reprint for higher resolution and better clarity. This was extremely disappointing and not the type of service that a quality and dependable vendor should provide. I have since placed a replacement order with Canvas on Demand who after receiving my original picture and CanvasChamp completed canvas, was provided a guarantee of better results or a full and immediate refund. As I need more prints for a picture gallery, I absolutely will not be buying from CanvasChamp moving forward.
