My husband passed away 6 weeks ago and after notifying capita in the first week I've had to ring again twice, each time I've been told paperwork is ready to be posted, to date I haven't received anything. This is the only company that hasn't responded kindly.

Been trying with my friend for over three weeks to find out why his private pension payments have stopped and am still waiting for Capita to reply. Appalling service to anyone but my friend is 84 with dementia and getting very upset.
