Hazel is Excellent
My experience with Hazel was excellent. Despite the audio issues we had, she introduced herself with high energy, a cheerful attitude, and she personalized my experience by remembering my name.
The reason I called was because my business was denied the business credit card due to the inability to find my business credit profile. It was concerning given I have an Experian business score of 85 which is considered good.
Hazel asked questions like was my report frozen which shows she has the mindset to find the problem then come up with a solution. And the solution was to ask the internal team to escalate my application to reconsider the inquiry given my good personal credit report, identity verification, and, hopefully, verification of my business credit profile.

Reference USU661B63. I had a business tax service Jean Pierre Tax Service on automatic pay for services not rendered. I contact customer support and representative Jacqualine helped me to get a new card and to dispute transactions. I am very grateful because I have been reaching out to the tax service with no resolve. I call they will not answer so today my only choice was to stop payment. I have been patient long enough.
