Terribly Disappointed with Capital on Tap Credit Card Customer Service
I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Capital on Tap's credit card customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected better support, but unfortunately, their handling of my transition dispute left much to be desired.
When I contacted a customer representative regarding a fraudulent transaction on my account, I was met with insinuations that I had made the transaction myself. This was deeply frustrating and concerning, as I had clearly fallen victim to credit card cloning. Instead of providing the assistance and empathy I needed during a stressful situation, their response made me feel accused and unsupported.
As a responsible credit card user, I take great care to protect my information and prevent unauthorized use. Discovering that my credit card had been cloned was a disheartening experience, and I turned to Capital on Tap for help and guidance. However, their response lacked the understanding and professionalism one would expect from a financial institution.
The representative's insinuations not only disregarded the evidence of fraudulent activity on my account but also showed a lack of trust in me as a valued customer. Instead of being proactive in resolving the issue and investigating the matter thoroughly, the customer service interaction only added to my frustration and left me feeling disappointed.

Really bad experience with this business credit card
Hey, just a heads up, but I had a really bad experience with this business credit card I came across. Trust me, I've had my fair share of cards, and this one takes the cake. They're based in the UK and have some seriously weird policies. Trying to pay off my balance was a nightmare because they don't want you to, so they can slam you with crazy interest rates. And get this, when I tried to send them a check to pay it off, turns out they don't accept checks or even online transfers! What kind of bank is that? It's like they want you to be stuck paying interest forever. Seriously, stay away from these guys. I suggest going with Chase, Bank of America, or even your local credit union. Don't fall for the hype from YouTubers talking up this crappy bank
