What a great experience! They were quick throughout the entire process, from application to approval! they even called when they realized that I had not gotten an email, I don't remember the guys name that I dealt with but he was super patient and walked me through a few steps all while we kept getting interupted by my inbound calls.

CaponTap... TY for the few years I did use your card. I didn't use it much due to the 10% of the balance is due monthly. We had 2 business that used your cards. On the same day both cards were flagged and was not able to be used due to no funding. 35K between both and I used maybe 3k of the total credit. I called about my business and was told my account was under review and no one knows the reason. I have to wait until the team is done... 1 week later email- We are closing your account. Unable to verify your business but never called to verify anything with me or let me know what they needed. Sooo had my fiancée call about her business also which I recommended her to COT.. LOL well guess what her account is on hold no funds available same reason no one knows.... Then she gets an email guess what it said.. unable to verify business... FUNNY!!!... We both have legit business legit enough to where COT gave us a card. But lets not lie.. We all know its a financial over view and they hoping to give that money to someone else that would use it more then me.... Account Review!!!! I have AMEX business Gold- CHASE INK business card- Although I used the COT when I was establishing business credit what a bunch of BS to tell me and her. - You cannot verify either business two separate entities HMMMM!!! paying off my balance and moving on... Just warning others.. this could be hectic for a business that might truly need to have this card in their back pocket for help... Get a real grip on business relationship.... 0 stars if I could... just because no respectful company should perform business that way... I will never send anyone to you guys..

Not 4 The Business Owner
Although this company is easy to apply for your business credit, it SUCKS when it comes to helping their customers who an issue arises with a dispute. I made a purchase with a company using my credit card, the item was broken when it arrived at my business. The company I purchased from would not take their item back and refund me. So I asked Capital On Tap to help me out. I have been waiting with no assistance from COT. They will send a reply email stating that someone will reply within 5 days or sooner, (that's a lie) they don't. And then I call and they are always so apologetic. This has been going on for 60+ days now. I'm still paying my account for a piece of machinery that I can't use and losing money everyday. If I would have known COT didn't have their customers best interest at hand I NEVER would have applied with them and now sadden that I referred them to several other business owners. The easy application and approval (you don't have to be a personal guarantor)should have been a red flag as to what to expect from them. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with Capitol On Tap.
