Capital Play Reviews

Great products and customer service from Marcus and his team. Second trampoline, North Performer and North Athlete, we have ordered in a year. Trampolines delivered on time and assembled by their team. Highly recommended if you are looking for a trampoline.

Really quick turnaround and delivery, great products.

Great initial service as usual but waited much longer than informed and had to chase for updates.

A lovely team…easy to communicate with and work to the highest standard. I would definitely recommend!

I recently wrote a Review about the Jumpking
12’ x 8’ rectangular trampoline. Only I posted it as a review for JumpkingEU when some of it was more appropriate for Capital Play, whom I purchased the trampoline from.
Sorry, Capital Play!
That Review is reproduced below:

“I recently purchased a Jumpking trampoline, with a basketball attachment. I was telephoned by Capital Play immediately after I ordered on line and it was delivered and constructed within 2 days of ordering.
We have had an oval Jumpking trampoline for the past 10 years and it has been a really good buy. But this new model is far superior. My grandsons say it is better than any trampoline park they have been to. Equally, having lost their basketball net due to the restructuring of my garden, they are happy with the alternative provided within the trampoline itself.
A win-win!
I would highly recommend Capital Play for its products, its efficient and helpful staff and its commitment to customer care.

was quick to come
Was surprised at increase in cost but we have just fitted it today and the children think it looks great

Purchased 4 trampoline matts. Great product, delivered swiftly. Great service.

Very quick order and delivery process. Good communication on delivery and clear instructions for assembly

Kids loved it but make sure you hire a digger - the whole is massive

I ordered an in-ground trampoline to be installed in my garden for my two young girls. The whole process form ordering, to installation and tidy up was professional, efficient and really well done. Skip turned up day before the job, team cam the following morning and installed the trampoline and the following day the skip was collected

My girls are just super happy with the trampoline and i am pleased with the service we received. A professional and well run enterprise

The Capital Play Team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Prompt responses to all e-mails; clear information given; and completely reliable in terms of meetings and installation appointments. Everything was super smooth and well-organised. The trampoline looks great and the kids love it!

Great service and very quick delivery, arrived in less than 12 hours from order

Terrific customer service, had the wrong box turn up with delivery, they were back the next day with the right one and set it all up. Really appreciated it! Kids are so happy.

kept us informed of delivery date and times

Arrived in good time and well packaged, took a few hours to build, instructions were very good, most importantly - the end result - brilliant.
Well worth the extra money, safety, build quality and stylish.

Very happy with the trampoline. Great spring bounce. Excellent quality. Very happy with our purchase and my son loves it!
Thank you to the team who provided a professional and friendly service throughout.

Great trampoline! We got an 11'x8' in the ground. It is quite hard work to dig the hole, but the website and instructions are upfront about this, and following the instructions leaves it looking like it was professionally installed.

My kids have barely gotten off it since it was finished!

Delivery was rapid, even despite COVID isolation impacting- and we were kept well informed of this.
