New water softener
New water softener - Provided very helpful initial advice regarding options and what would be involved. Come the installation day completed the work cleanly and efficiently. Very pleased and would recommend.
Update one year on ... no problems - all good.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Capital Softeners.
My engineer, Spencer, was both punctual and professional throughout the visit. He did a fantastic job with a very challenging, small space under my sink, managing to neatly fit the Minimax M3 water softener, the additional pump, and the filter system. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly before he left.
The company was also very responsive, answering my email queries promptly during the booking and installation process. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Direct Debit review???
This is a monthly direct debit. Must be the only company that needs a review of their D/D. I suppose I should give them 5stars for taking the money on time!!!!!

Good delivery for top up, even if needed a nudge
Recently ordered a top up for salt, had to wait quite a bit for delivery but the frustrating part was I didn't get the email with receipt and couldn't really track the progress - so ended up calling. Product and help on the call - all good but a bit to improve.

When ordering via our website you should receive an automatic confirmation email (this does sometimes end up in Junk mail) - this would be considered your receipt of purchase.
Our delivery time is 7-10 working days, which your salt was delivered within. Unfortunately we do not offer tracking as we do not use a third party for our deliveries. We carry out all deliveries ourselves. Although this is something we could take into consideration.
