No drama. Did the work on the date scheduled & seems to have done a competent job. Team were friendly, registered the warranty and gave us plenty of information. Also, really appreciated at the sales stage that they were honest with us and could give us an impartial view on the various water softener brands. (Unlike the Harvey's salesman who told us quite a few porkies to try & discredit konetico)

Water Softener required, look no further
Needed a water softener fitted after getting a new bathroom fitted. Have had recommendations to use Capital Softeners and I can understand why.
Everything was easy, told us what we needed, booked us in, were finished in a morning, clean, tidy, professional and very reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more

Very professional and thorough
I had a water softener installed in my apartment in London. Jordan and team did a great job. They were responsive from my first enquiry, arrived on time and worked hard to ensure everything worked as it should. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service - Delivery driver very polite and helpful , brought the 40 bags of salts right inside the house.
They phoned a day earlier to book the delivery as I did not want it on certain days.
