Great service! Dealt with the guys over email and they were quick to respond and answer every question.
Easy proces, no nonsense quick prints. Delivered within days. Little expensive to crop a picture so had to get it done myself but otherwise posters came good and service was great!

I would recommend them, quick & efficient! Value for money & will go out if their way to make it work.... keep up the good work, keep communicating with your customers esp if there’s a delay or change of delivery etc. One not so good print out of 20 plus ordered and was rectified very quickly!

I ordered an A1 poster urgently for my assignment, only to look like a fool when I presented it to my lecturer; the size of the poster was not A1.
And now they are blaming me for the file size being incorrect. However, they failed to notify me of this error and provide me with options, such as the choice they made or send a correct file size, etc. Instead they choose to give me what I never ordered because they felt this was acceptable, which ended up not being acceptable for my assignment.

Informed after 5pm that my artwork appeared pixelated despite sending it over at 8.45am. Ample time to have let me know. There was no way this issue could be resolved as I was told at such a late point in the day. Disappointed as I was very much looking forward to using their services and heard good things!

Requested a refund and this was issued swiftly.

Excellent service. Web site is really easy to use, simple image upload and easy to choose exactly what you want. Print quality is great too, on good quality paper. Every time I've used Captain Cyan my print has been delivered 2 days after ordering. I would recommend to anyone!
