I'm a loyal fan of Captain Cyan and won't go anywhere else for my poster printing for medical conferences. Thank you once again for your fast service and high quality printing, I think this time mine was printed within 5 hours of submitting it - the resolution of all my images and figure came out beautifully, the colours were really vivid. Best yet, I won a poster prize and I give some of the credit to Captain Cyan for that.

I would recommend anyone goes there. Same-day printing, cheap prices and good quality products, what's not to love?

Captain Cyan were absolutely awesome! Prompt on their delivery and turn-around, quick notification of any issues in print (multiple times in fact) and virtually held my hand when it came to optimising the artwork. Honestly could not recommend them any more!

Outstanding service....I ordered at 2pm for a next day delivery and it was ready at 5pm the same day. You can pick anything up from the building up to 8pm so very convenient and it's a central London location. I will use them again

Very disappointed with the service. Provided three posters for printing in A2. When I received the prints, the quality of the images was great but all the images were different sizes (and none was perfect A2). When I contacted Captain Cyan, they were not at all understanding. Said I should have requested perfect A2's, which should have been clear given I ordered A2 prints. All they needed to do is centre the prints on the A2 paper and leave the extra white border around the edges. Their response was that they don't centre artwork and don't reach out to customers to clarify orders, which I find very poor service. Now I am stuck with three prints that don't fit the A2 frames I have. Captain Cyan did not offer refund, reprint or any help to resolve this issue. Overall, poor service unless you have a perfectly sized piece that they can just mindlessly print...

I have had absolutely no trouble with this company, I order a poster every month from them and it comes with a very speedy delivery service. Cannot fault!

Fantastic!!!

I had a poster made of 25 photographs. I was surprised that the product was delivered to my work free of charge and within a few days. I was also surprised at the quality of the paper used - much stiffer than you might expect for a poster. The colour and printing was pretty much true to how it looked on my screen and the price was competative. So all in all I would recommend the service highly - thank you Captain Cyan.

Great quality, great colours! Ordered on a Wednesday, received at home three days laters with free delivery. Amazing!

They completely messed up my, quite simple, order. I've ordered 7 posters; I even went to the shop so the images can be checked for the eventual issues. The order was accepted. When I went to collect the posters, ony 6 were in the tube - 2 of these were identical, i.e. they printed the same image twice. Initially, they didn't want to refund both posters (the one that never got printed + the duplicate); I was blamed for their mistake. When they, finally, realised the mistake was entirely theirs, it took three e-mails to receive the refund (allegedly, every attempt to put the money back on my bank account had been blocked by my bank). Appaling.
