I really like Captions, but
I really like Captions, but it’s surprisingly difficult to cancel the subscription when you no longer need it. The unsubscribe process could definitely be much simpler and more user-friendly.

I was actually trying to cancel my account and was prepared to hunt for the cancellation link or get some kickback from a representative-I received the best customer service-Sam and Karl were excellent with following through and communication. I appreciate their help and definitely will use the Captions app again in the future!

Love captions ai as AI Twin Portal. It´s easy to setup and the custumer service is fast and top notch. Never had bad experience. If you want an alternative for fast AI Avatar creation, here it is.

It seems like a scam
It seems like a scam. Be careful! I uploaded my video, but the generation process never started. Despite this, my credit was deducted. I tried several times, and the generation still would not start, but my credits were taken every time.

It is a good app and website. But they should upgrade their website as its not dealing with video b roll just photo b roll which is a limiting factor and the price is a bit high.

5-Star for Real!
I had some questions after not having used the app in quite some time. The team was super responsive and Sam was Johnny on the Spot! They answered my questions and resolved my concerns nearly instantly. Sam then followed up the next day to make sure I was able to access the app and asked if all my concerns were addressed. 5-star service for real! Fan for life!

I like that it was the first player to support Norwegian captions
I like that it was the first player to support Norwegian captions. And the UI was great and easy to understand. Perhaps we had some issues some times, however, the support team was super fast to reply and help out. Its a serious app doing exactly what it says and the team is professional.
