It is so easy to use and makes my reels REALLY stand out from the noise and is engaging. It is really fun to select different styles, but it makes the captions more appealing and people stay longer on my videos.

My annual Captions Pro subscription renewed unexpectedly, so I reached out to their support team to ask about cancelling and getting a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went — they responded promptly and approved a full refund without any hassle or pushback. It's rare to deal with a company that handles billing issues this fairly and quickly. The whole experience left me with a good impression of how they treat their customers. Thanks to the support team for making it easy.

This is seriously a horrible service. The AI tools don't work, it also doesn't really "AI" much of anything. I can do more on free or very low cost apps. I asked it to change my shirt to a button up and fix my hair and it didnt change anything. Also theres almost no tools, it gave me AI on screen text and an option to fix my eyes in the video. You have to use their ridiculous credits everytime it generates something even if its trash (and it will be) theres no way to give it additional prompts or tell it to change things, you have to start all over and reuse credits. Don't even get me started on the create an avitar, that thing looks possessed! The one I made when she talks her mouth looks 200% the normal size. I didn't even have a subscription for 24 hours and cancelled and they won't refund my money! Do not use this service it's a scam.

My five-star review first mainly goes to Sam. He got back to me so quickly, and his follow-up was very easy to make me want to write this review. The customer support is awesome.

As far as the app, I like it. I've used it about 15 times. The ability to switch out the AI-generated images that they put in the video with your own images is what I really like about that aspect, and it's very easy and very seamless

I accidentally let my monthly subscription renew automatically and was charged for another month. I contacted their support team explaining that I no longer needed the service and hadn't used the new credits. To my surprise, they replied super fast and processed my full refund without any hassle or endless questions. It is very rare to find such honest, understanding, and efficient customer service in SaaS companies these days. Highly recommended!

I have continually tried canceling my subscription for almost 6 months now and the portal says yes your subscription has been cancelled and you will be refunded but the still continue to charge me and won’t erase all my data
Not just this but the app has so many glitches and overpriced brackets for solo creators DO BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND CHARGE YOU OVER AND OVER

AND MOST OF ALL THERE PORTAL IS ALL artificial intelligence(AI) so you will not be getting a refund unless you go through your bank and change your card through bank

Trailed Captions and jumped in and purchased an annual subscription. Through know one's fault, after a day of so I realised it was not the right fit for our B2B strategy. Reached out to Sam [via @help] and was treated with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Within 3 short emails the Team has approved my full refund and notified me that the subscription has been cancelled. Shame it didn't work out!!

Great for anyone starting out with video content creation

Brilliant customer service and awesome concept. It's not the easiest platform to make adjustments but not wildly complicated, you can tell the AI what you're after and it'll do it where capable. I like it!
