Great Friendly Service!
I recently purchased a car from Car-O-Fair Ltd, Cardiff. I was really impressed by the service received from Muhammed and his team!
There was a problem with the reversing sensors that couldn't be fixed at the time of purchase, so Muhammed ordered some sensors to be delivered to my home address as I don't live in Cardiff and advised me to take it to my local garage and he would pay the cost of the repair. True to his word once I informed him that the repair had been carried out, Muhammed speedily transferred the cost of the repair into my bank account. I would certainly recommend Car-O-Fair to family and friends in the future. At no point did I feel pressurised during my visit to their garage. Many thanks for a great service to all the team!

Well what can I say other than the service from this company is outstanding!
From start to finish the owner was friendly, honest and very helpful.
I have been looking for this particular car for nearly five years and the stats that I wanted is quite hard to come by.
I saw the advertisement from car-o-fair and went for a viewing at their sales lot. We were greeted and made to feel comfortable and not pressured in any way.
It was explained very clearly the purchase process and the aftercare process including the warranty.
The owner happily delivered the car to my address and was honest about a minor fault that he picked up on while delivering but was very quick to have the car back in the garage the following day to fix said fault and another minor fault that popped up due to the car stood for a couple of weeks.
He has literally bent over backwards to give the best customer service ive ever received.
I could say even more about how good the owner and the service was but I feel it would make this review even longer than is needed to be.
To sum up all I would say is if you want a decent car at a fair price from an honest trader then most definitely go to car-o-fair.
I will be recommebeing the company to others and I will have most definitely be going back again in future for another car for me and my family.

Really good cars on the lot
Really good cars on the lot , from the moment I arrived I had a warm greeting , the Vw Tiguan I was enquiring about was fully valeted before I got there, looked a million dollars . After a good viewing and a satisfactory test ride I was sure it was for me , low mileage , well cared for by previous owner. Nothing was too much trouble for Mohammed , and a slight tear in seat was repaired without question within a few days , now immaculate , highly recommended, well done.
