peter and elsie abel we have had several trips out with our caravan now and are very happy with it,collecting it from caravans uk was pleasant and easy experience having seen the video of our purchase helped us and the final hand over straight forward ,gas fittings were changed over and number plate attached and off we went,coffee and a chat with the team was usefull . the 12 month warranty gives peace of mind .very happy'

They sold me a leaking Lunar which was very disappointing. On the positive side they did fully refund me

Fantastic friendly service. There was always someone on the end of the phone to answer queries. Very reasonable prices and a great starter pack to start you off. The personalised training video was so helpful as this was our first caravan. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a caravan.

Bought a 2nd hand caravan from here recently and found the staff friendly and customer service was very high. Would definitely shop here again and highly recommended.

Well, what can I say?
Lovely people work there, I have not received such ' complete' service from any other sales organisation before. We looked at starting caravanning and received total unbiased advice, even recommending a used product which was reasonably priced as a starter.
Then the support service after we bought it kicked in and every one from reception to mechanics seem to care about you. FANTASTIC.
Total package for us all on one site , when we upgrade it will be UK caravans.

Have used this company before and the service received from all the staff was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for them explaining everything in simple terms will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to friends

We picked our van up in July, throughout the team at caravans UK were helpful without being pushy. The controls on the site (coronavirus) were excellent.

The day we picked the van up the chap who dealt with us couldn't have helped more made sure we went away all set up and confident in towing the van away.

Would have scored caravans UK 5 however when we arrived at our destination we found the cutlery draw had the same spilt tea in it and on lifting the the roll up carpets there was dirt line where they had been.

Basically the van hadn't been cleaned since we viewed it originally and this was quite disappointing.

20 minutes later all cleaned and happy again

I would buy again from Caravans UK but they do need to deliver in all aspects. In the current climate especially in regards to cleaning the interior

Had a couple of holidays now in our Bailey Saville, couldn't ask for a better caravan that suits our needs. Hand over video has been a great help in setting things up. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of fizz on our first night away.
Thanks to a great team for a smooth purchase and handover. Happy caravanning ahead.

Lovely place very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. You could take as long as you wanted not all over you. Pushing for a sale will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

We would highly recommend Caravans UK. Paul and Lisa were fantastic from our initial email to the collection of our new caravan today. Nothing was too much trouble even with the covid restrictions.

Everything thing with the sale was smooth,easy and no problem at all. From going to view the caravan to collecting it we was kept in the picture through the whole process very happy with it all and will be recommending to family and friends and will be using again.
