Car unclean at handover
I had a wonderful experience staff were very helpful the pick up process was smooth and quick. Only negative was that the car was very dirty seats had alot of staining found fingernail clippings in the the glove box.The handover was very quick so didn't really notice the interior of the car until i got home I think it is important to have the cars thoroughly checked and cleaned before handing over to the next person. It cost me a bit of money to have the the interior steam cleaned ontop of the subscription cost. The car was brought from Sydney to Melbourne and I did not pick it up straight away so there was plenty of time for it to be checked and cleaned, other than that I think that subscription system is the way to go!

I'd recommend other services over this one..
I agree that subscription is the way forward however I would encourage you look at other options.
The training of their staff is deplorable, they have no resolution process and the their staff are incompetent at even the most basic of requests.

Arrived to be greeted a lovely gentleman who was happy and very helpful.
Got straight onto getting my details and paperwork sorted which took a max 5 minutes.
I got shown around the car, had a great conversation about different types of car great places with friendly staff and a can do attitude to get u in ur new car and driving away .
