Card Gallery are excellent!
Royal Mail failed to deliver my order. Card Gallery were very quick to send my order again using a different courier. Their cards are beautiful and their Customer Service is excellent!

The best thing was good service…
The best thing was that the card arrived when they said it would,this makes it put one's mind at ease especially when it's for a special occasion.

0 stars - card dispatched yet order not in stock??
I would have given no stars but it is not possible. I ordered a card and even got an email telling me it was on its way so imagine my surprise when I get another email the next day saying the card was out of stock! So it seems that there emails saying the card has been dispatched are complete lies and also no gensture of goodwill as I had been messed around and now had bank fees to pay for both transactions so technically out of pocket. I will never order from them again and will make sure others are aware of how they treat their customers. I also see from previous review I see I'm not a one off but this behaviour has been happening for years. Terrible treatment of customers.

Hello, unfortunately I was sent an e mail to say you hadn’t got the cards I had paid for at the last minute. I was very disappointed even though my monies were refunded I would have preferred the cards. I am now very reluctant to order anymore just in case I am faced with the same scenario. Thank you.
