Excellent service - my order did not arrive and I reached out for tracking information, it was determined that my order got lost in post so my order was reissued by courier, received next day with some chocolate for my troubles - wish everywhere was as nice to deal with as the Card Gallery

Exceptional customer service from the Card Gallery online ... fast delivery and quality cards. I received one card that was wrong in my last order but received top class customer service from Sabarish when I brought the problem to their attention. Not only was I told to keep the wrong card as a gift but I was refunded for my purchase and the right card was sent by courier so that I would receive it in time ... plus I received a discount voucher off my next purchase....They have a customer for life after this amazing service !!

Good variety, very prompt delivery, good safe packaging. Cards only a little more expensive than might be. Postage reasonable (especially buying more than one item). I've bought a number of items now during pandemic times. I might well continue to use this facility to buy my cards in future even when things get back to normal.
