My recent experience at the funeral of…Rita May Strangward
My recent experience at the funeral of my mum went without a hitch as it wasn't a big funeral. Personally I don't particularly like the crematorium I find it cold and not particularly welcoming and when music is played it is played quietly,. which is the reason I chose to remain at the private chapel of the undertakers. But I think the building is too small. I have been to funerals where the place is full to capacity and you are left outside so there was not really a point in going. However I do like the setting and the Garden of Remembrance is very peaceful...

Fantastic local crematorium facility to have
The staff are lovely, the venue and grounds are very well presented and maintained. I have only ever had positive experiences here over the last 3 years either working as a funeral director, a funeral celebrant or attending other funerals as a mourner.

A very nice location
A very nice location. Grounds pleasant. Chapel nice. Found tv screens a bit of a distraction - if not being used for the service an approprite image would be nice. Didn't notice any crematorium staff other than organist. This was quite nice as it seemed more private.

To soon to ask for a star rating!
Lovely setting and staff but I think asking for a star rating less than a week after my wife's funeral is a little insensitive.
We haven't even had her cremated remains returned to us!
You may wish to review your customer satisfaction survey systems.

Just Perfect
