I ordered five different colours of letter packs but on arrival they were all the same. I suppose the only way to order is one at a time but this is expensive for me on postage and inconvenient for you. Disappointing !!

You ordered 5 Magical Menagerie Pigeon letter packs and that's what we sent you. Perhaps it wasn't clear that the variety is in the packs themselves as each contains 6 slightly different patterned letters? Do hope you can get in touch directly so we can try and resolve this for you.
