I would say use the company as I was very pleased with service but was also quite disappointed with goods being damaged due to packaging not being adequate.
One does not expect souvenir boxes to arrive with broken corners! Especially when the items are destined to be gifts.

Bought a pokemon x and y elite trainer box and I couldnt be happier with it! Great value and got some great pulls.

Paid just under £3 for express shipping, recieved a false dispatch email, nothing from the site to say they were having issues, then as a way of saying sorry for wasting time and money, i get 45p credit off my next purchase. if that ever happens...

Have ordered fantasy flight sleeves from Card Team twice now. Both times the orders have arrived promptly with no hassle.

Additionally, the costs for both of these orders were far cheaper than other options and I also found sleeves in stock that I have had real trouble getting anywhere else.

I hate the service that The Card Team had with the Charizard EX Box because I pre ordered the order a month ago it was released and I had to wait for one and a half month to arrive. I have a YouTube channel and I open pokemon card packs and stuff like that. The service with the Charizard EX Box made me angry but the company is still a really good with low prices and I actually recommended this website to all my friends so they can buy pokemon cards.

I ordered 2 POP! Vinyl figures from here, They delivered when they said they were going to and the items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, will definitely be ordering from here again!

Mixed order of themed decks and 5 booster packs. Booster packs had 1 foil and 4 reverse foils, also by chance got the card was hoping for. Great website, free delivery and order came 2 days later. Will definitely use again!

I first emailed support with my issue shortly after receipt of product. After 5 days with no response, I opened an official ticket on the website, which was replied to. I was asked for a picture and description of the problem, which I sent back. The problem was never addressed and my ticket was forcefully closed with no response whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. I purchased from another seller and will not be returning.

Just received my order and I'm over the moon. Packaged really well and the Pop vinyls arrived in mint condition - a fantastic price too at just over £8 each.
