A follow up to my previous review 6 days ago. I had a response to my ticket which said 'We confirm your request was correctly sent to the relevant department.'.

Since then no response or information from them. They have stolen €300 from me and if they do not resolve it this week I will be writing to the card issuer, the ombudsman and the UK financial conduct authority. It's a shame they decided to steal my money. I guess they prefer that than to make an honest living.

Please be aware of veritas card don't try to open an account as i did. Its a scam/fraud website they stole 4800 euros from me. Support is not answering calls tried 200 times they dont accept my documents. Dont try to use this card!

If you are looking for free transfers either domestic or International then the best place for that is Veritas as all transection between Veritas users are free, what more can one ask for giving it a 5 Star.

Terrible customer service, rejected every document even though I provided what they asked for and they won't reply or deal with my open ticket 🤬 They took my money and now they don’t care, disgusted 😡 They have now blocked me on social media and deleted all my comments lol! Clearly don't like negative publicity!!

I used to think that all Master cards provide the same service but I was wrong since I applied for my Veritas Master card it's been a different story, easy to use plus highly secure and acceptable at most places which is the major concern for anyone so giving it a 5 Star.

The most amazing feature which I am taking advantage of is the Incoming and outgoing bank transfers as they are free between Veritas Cards, also if the Veritas card user is abroad.

People with bad habits like me who are shopaholic always have the aspect of overspending as I have never had control over myself while shopping but since I have started using Veritascard only the money available on the card can be spent. There’s no risk of going over budget, or of overdraft fees which has been the story of my life in the past ;).

Security is the first thing that I would be asking for when it comes to putting my money on something and especially when it comes to cards the good thing about Veritascard is that it's protected by a magnetic strip and an electronic chip with a PIN code which makes it highly secured.

I was lucky enough to get the special deal as I required a card so bumped into Veritas, and they had this special curfew deal! In which I was happy to not only to get the Veritas card I applied for but also to get a virtual card for free.

I already have send several documents with my name and address on it but they reject the documents all the time. luckily i will only lost 20 euros on them. They are a pure scam company. Please don't trust them and DON'T put money on a Veritas card. Their customer service is below 0

I tried to activate the card for my company and it happened that:
1) always find a reason not to validate a document;
2) customer service is non-existent;
3) they collect the money first and although they do not activate the card they do not return the amount already collected;
4) no one responds to your contact attempts.
In practice a real rip-off

I activated the card as per instruction but it never works also I cannot use it for online purchase nor in shops or ATM.
However every time the card got refused they deduct 0.50 Euro. I could never get a hold of their customer service and never receive a reply on online ticket system either. I have 130 Euro stuck in their system with no way of using it.
I regret buying the Veritas Card and I suggest to everyone not to use it !!!

I paid my money for the veritas card. Sure the card arrived within 5 days. I was able to activate the card using the text. However I cannot contact veritas to activate the account including the iban.
I have raised 5 tickets for them to contact me and nothing is happening. I tried calling with the numbers on the website and not one of them is recognised. All wrong.
How do these people function.
Useless service and I feel I have been robbed.

Utter nightmare have been round in circles on their website for over an hour so far my experience has been one of complete frustration and irritation

A really good company, very professional, highly recommended especially when you have such good client support even during corona time.

The card was delivered on time at home. Iban is in Europe and I start to receive my payrolls and pay my bills. No issues for now.
