Awesome product from a leading service for years. Most of tasks are automatic and as client support on facebook you can receive an automatic answer. I admit it surprised me at the first time, but finally, answers (even automatic) are well done. No matter how much you load, all customers have the same high-level support which is very appreciable

now, I’m a customer with veritas for few years now, was attracted by their prepaid card service and an amazing sales person. Usually none service are keeping good way, but to my surprise, veritas did it, Service is always improving and actually its fantastic with a dedicated Iban you can choose. I’ve a credit card at natwest, but this prepaid is very useful as a secondary card and its working well (even better than my natwest’s card)

I get my card for a year but rarely use as I had no special need. Since my city is now lockdown, I used it a lot. Good surprise, very fast and efficient. Good service. Fx rate very cheap compares to others.

I used to transfer a lot of money especially during the last few weeks and I have never ever felt so satisfied now with Veritas. All process is digital and receiver get is money in few seconds: log in, click send money, select send card to card transfer, select amount and valid. That’s it. In case of an issue, just open a ticket, they have fantastic customer care. Seriously that’s best money transfer ever.

a bank with avery good phone banking service, agents have good knowledge to solve customer issues, they respect customers and I like it. Unfortunately they don’t propose loan but everything else is absolutely perfect. Card works everywhere to any atm worldwide. Very satisfied with this service I suggest it to my friends.

I believe it’s a not a cheap bank but one of the top bank I ever have. You can do everything, send money by wire, receive money by wire, load cash and withdrawal atm (useful during this virus time). No inconvenient with hours and locations as its open 24/7 through a good client interface. Support is very friendly.

not using anything that involves sending my money outside my bank. But when using veritas for the 1st time, it was a good surprise. Great surprise at competitive price. Transfer 350 euros from my veritas account (UK) to my sister’s veritas (Greece) it took 6 seconds and was free.

I wanted to transfer my money from rvolut over to veritas, unfortunately, the revolut so-called best online bank adviser couldn’t do properly the job, I had to send so many documents. Veritas was very patient and helpful. They told me how to process. Then I tried to call volut them and spend 45 minutes on hold but nobody helped me. Finally, veritas agent himself wrote me a letter that I forward and I received my money, thanks veritas. You are the best bank

Highly recommend, I manage my own company and a single father. It was a nightmare to open a bank account. I success at veritas and I don’t regret it. True for company whatever size, onboarding process is quiet long (few days), but if you send exactly documents requested it worth it. My small comp have now an iban and payment card. Very happy. wait times for customer service is not long but you should prefer to use online message, its quicker and more efficient. I have beta version of new app which is fantastic and very intuitive. This is not a free services but at least you have a real service.

Initially the service was slow, but it delivers because I was putting small money on the account.

The moment I loaded big amount onto my account, my account was closed a few days after. I contacted them after but they didn´t respond to my email.

Now I have money locked on my account with no access to it, and no response from support.

Worst card ever! The card never works anywhere but every time it’s declined (which is all the time) they charge you 0.5€!
