As my kitchen tap wasn’t repairable, Martin replaced it and that stopped the leak.

I would have given a 5 star review if I had been able to get through to the service by phone quicker. I had left messages, sent a communication and had phoned all morning to no avail. Once I did get though the service was fantastic, I had a serious leak with my stopcock which was causing some anxiety. The Care Club organised a plumber who was at my property within an hour, identified the problem and was able to fix it. The plumber was very professional kept me up to date with what he was doing to resolve my issue. I would definately recommend the care club service

Found a fault on Monday afternoon. Fitted new part Wednesday morning.

Initally I was told the engineer would come to my mums who has dementia in the afternoon. I went to work in the morning only to receive a text the engineer was on his way and will be at the property at 9:30. Unfortunately I was an 1hr away and had to contact the carer to come earlier. This caused a lot of issues.

Immediate response, then left dangling, several calls, waited in two whole days unresolved broken tap. Make arrangements for suitable time slot altered each time. I would rather pay a plumber a premium price than be messed around as much as I was with this.
Tap nowhere near like for like, fitted and for some reason removed supporting screws for sink and loosened the sink from the wall.
Which meant another return appointment, telephone support very helpful. Plumber they used unreliable.

I had an electrical problem and rang up customer service who arranged a same day visit and sorted out the issue….. all in real time with minimum fuss and maximum results.

I have an account with CareClub and I have used them a few times now. They are excellent and can get engineers out quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Blocked toilet pan sent out rightio charged over 300 pounds and now paying 10 pounds per month for 18 months which im told i cant cancel rightio took my toilet pan out to unblock it and resealed it with the most awful yellow sealant looks terrible

I had an emergency visit and the plumber attended within a few hours of me contacting yourselves. He was efficient and professional and recieved a phone call to be sure all was okay and reassuring i could call back if it happened again. Thankyou

They will not pay for boiler repairs, and charge you excessively for repairs they force you to pay for. Total Rip Off merchants
