I went into our local store at…
I went into our local store at Ferndown, Dorset for a walking frame for my mother. She had an idea of what she wanted but ended up with one far more suited to her, lightweight and fully adjustable. We were extremely happy with the service received from Tim at the branch, who took his time to advise us and let us try the various products. I have already returned with another family member and we have subsequently purchased a wheelchair after trying different styles, looking at usage, size of the chair, to weight and nice little extras to go with it. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend a visit for any of your mobility needs.

visited the new store which opened in…
visited the new store which opened in Stockton On Tees on 29th May we were greeted on arrival by a lovely friendly man called Rob I chose a manual powered wheelchair and he was very knowledgeable about it allowed me to go all around the store in it and also when I had finished buying it took me out to the car in it.My experience with CareCo so far has been a pleasure and would shop with them again

The young lady knew her stuff. She was very patient with me. Answered all my questions. I was encouraged to test the scooters. It was thoroughly explained and shown how to disassemble. I felt I mattered and I wasn’t pressured to buy.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff when we went in to purchase a wheelchair for my mother-in-law. We felt well advised and not rushed. Would definitely use again for any future mobility aids.

quality rollator
arrived early,so simple to attach handles,very sturdy,love how it folds up so small.This will be very useful when we get taxis as it needs less boot space.Less rattly than other rollators I have had,I look forward to putting it to good use this summer.

Good caring service given by Amanda
Good caring service given by Amanda, we explained what we wanted, we’re shown some outside walking products, able to sit on and fold up for the car or public transport, Amanda showed us how to use them, mum was allowed to try the products out herself. Which allowed her to choose the best product for her. Have been to Sheffield Care Co for other products, would recommend. Waiting for delivery, have had no problems in the past.

The staff and service received was…excellent.
The staff and service received was excellent. Shane assisted us with our enquiry, demonstration and order. All questions answered. He also spoke directly to my elderly Mother who the equipment is for. That makes a refreshing change as most places just talk to me. The shop is big with plenty of room and loads of equipment to look at and try out. If you need mobility equipment, I highly recommend this store.
