Tim Mabbett met me as I entered the store , asked me a lot of questions to what I needed, and showed me the scooter ,after explaining how it worked I had a ride around the store on it and felt very comfortabl,Tim gave me information on the scooter and booklet, I returned in a couple of days and brought the scooter, the next day it was delivered and I am delighted with the fantastic service I received it could not have been any better, thank you Tim
