It was a fantastic event to attend as an exhibitor. We had some really positive and engaging conversations with sixth form students as well as undergraduates exploring their next steps in the sports industry. The event ran seamlessly and was hosted at a brilliant venue, making it a great environment to connect with the next generation of sports professionals.

I attended a Careers in Sport event in Leeds around 15 years ago as a student, so I know first hand how inspiring they can be in helping you see a pathway into a career in the sport and physical activity sector. The breadth and quality of speakers has clearly grown in that time and it was a privilege to contribute alongside such esteemed peers.

I had a great experience at the Careers in Sport Live event. As someone who is looking to switch careers rather than someone starting out I was slightly apprehensive about going but found it really useful to get some application and cv insights as well connect with others in a similar scenario.

I did find a lot of the talks were dedicated to physical sport aspects such as coaching, performance and sport science so would have appreciated a few more operational, business side of the industry. That is just personal preference.

Overall a really worthwhile experience.

Sterling work from the team. The sequencing of the leadership content is excellent, offering a perfect balance of challenge and accessibility. It’s rare to find resources that look this good while remaining so academically rigorous. By linking directly to wider school priorities, they’ve made it easy to demonstrate the value of PE and School Sport to senior leadership. Five stars for both design and delivery!

An excellent event! From start to finish, everything was delivered in a professional and smart way. It was great to see 100+ young people in the venue actively involved in learning about careers in the sport space.

I have a had the pleasure of attending and being part of several Careers in Sport Conferences, and I am struck by the passion of Harvey Grout, and his team, in trying to help those interested in such an array of media related careers. There has always been an excellent line up of guest speakers who pass on their knowledge and experience, and the feed back I have had from young people myself has been nothing but positive.
