I just bought some trousers from WIP . And they arrived when they said they would , however a 4 hour window for delivery without any update when driver is near is not ideal . WIP use ups and they have... See more

More Than Just Pants – A Feel-Good Find in Toronto
Still thinking about these camo pants I picked up from the Carhartt WIP Store in Toronto. Seriously, they might be one of my favourite finds this year. I wasn’t even planning on shopping that day, but I’m so glad I walked in.
From the jump, the staff were super welcoming. It didn’t feel like your typical retail vibe, more like stepping into a space where everyone’s working together to help you feel good in what you’re wearing.
Hyejin was a total gem. She really listened, asked the right questions, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. She pulled these pants for me, and I knew as soon as I tried them on that they were coming home with me. The fit, the print, the way they move, it all just worked.
Big thanks to the whole team for making the experience feel like more than just a quick stop at a store. I left feeling confident, seen, and styled.
If you’re ever near the Carhartt WIP Toronto location, pop in, you won’t regret it. #StyledByHyejin
Small errors but fast responses
Fast responses, feedback mechanism with regards to errors occurring (orders for already sold out items, refunds not issued on time) can be improved. Otherwise satisfied. Discounts for occurred inconvenciences would be appreciated.
Poor Communication and Stock Management
Repeated poor service and stock management issues
This is now the second time CARHARTT Work in Progress has let me down with their appalling communication and stock management. Once again, after placing my order, I waited three full days before being informed that one of my purchased items was out of stock.
Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me. I should have learned from my first disappointing experience, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they'd improved their systems. Clearly, they haven't.
It's completely unacceptable that a company can take your money, let you wait for days, and then casually inform you that they don't actually have what you've paid for. This isn't a one-off system glitch - this appears to be how they operate as standard practice.
Any decent online retailer has real-time stock management that prevents overselling. The fact that this has happened twice suggests they either don't care about customer experience or are completely incompetent at basic retail operations.
Three days of silence after taking payment is not just poor customer service - it's disrespectful to customers who are planning around their purchases. Other retailers notify you within hours, sometimes immediately, when stock issues arise.
Awful website showing incorrect stock
Ordered Clipse collaboration shirt, placed the order successfully and Carhartt took my money.
No correspondence for days about when it would dispatch, so I chased them up and then a few days later I got refunded with no explanation from customer service, presumably because they didn’t have the item.
Now same shirt is appearing on eBay for £125 but I don’t have mine because the website doesn’t work, terrible experience.

Amazingly this Toronto Location love to rip people off. Ordered shirts last Thursday. Order shipped Friday .
But then on Friday I get a message 15% off more. Upsetting that they would not give me the added 15%, when they knew that the price would drop the day they shipped my order. Then two days later I get an announcement for extra 50% off. Tried to order and no reply
Worst customer service on the planet.

Order confirmation was for totally different product
Placed an order and immediately noticed in the confirmation email that the product link was for a different product and was a different colour to what I ordered. The price wasnt even the same as I paid.
Emailed their customer service to be told they can't do anything after the order is placed.
Absolutely terrible, now I have to wait for a product I didn't order so I can return it and get a refund. Will never order from there again.
Customer service non existent
Customer service non existent. No sign of my order or no news regarding it. I'm sure the time of year will be blamed, simply staff sufficiently and the simple job can be done. Won't use again.
My order was bang on time
I ordered a deli shirt 10 days ago and the fit was amazing and the size was perfect. My delivery turned up on time . Well chuffed . My parcel took 6 days to arrive which was bang on . Great service.
bad shipping
I ordered a shirt on 31/5/2025 and it still hasn't arrived. It's sitting at the warehouse in Vejle and has been for several days now.
This is one of my favourite brands
This is one of my favourite brands, not just for the quality aesthetic but the website and customer service experience is second to none.
I frequently go to the London Kings Cross Store and I am forever browsing the website. I recently placed an order and unfortunately, the shipping was delayed due to technical issues. Maryel, part of the customer service team, ensured my shipping would arrive imminently and kindly gave me a gesture of good will for my patience. Their customer service communication is some of the best I have ever experienced.
3 weeks and no delivery
Placed an order on 16th May. Delivery date kept moving and I could see on the tracking link there was a delay. I reached out to customer service on the 31st May and they simply said the order would be delivered by the end of that day. I had to reply and explain the delivery date changes every day and it says there is a delay. They respond with a 10% off discount code to use on my next order. Why would I place another order when I haven’t even received this one? Such lazy customer service. It was £6.50 for delivery so the first action should be to refund postage. I haven’t received a response so have no idea when my order will arrive.
Don't bother ordering from the official Carhartt WIP site
Order took three weeks to arrive, with no delivery updates or notifications until I reached out to customer service myself.
They said there were issues with UPS and customs forms, but based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. Carhartt should really be on top of this and at least keep customers informed, especially when delivery costs £6.50.
They offered a 10% discount code, which honestly felt like a slap in the face, after spending a considerable amount, and I’m not even sure if you can use the code. You’d expect a much smoother process when ordering directly from Carhartt’s official site.
Don't buy direct from Carhartt WIP!
Don't buy direct from Carhartt WIP!
I've been waiting 17days for dispatch on in-stock items and nothing dispatched! And they do not allow cancellations! When I eventually receive the items, they are going straight back, which will cost them more than if they allowed cancellation. Same shirt delivered to me by a reseller next day.
Atrocious delivery times and customer…
Atrocious delivery times and customer service. As of writing this review I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my item to arrive and still no closer to receiving. If you like the brand, then whatever you do, don’t use the online store.
Wish I’d read the reviews
Wish I’d read the reviews. Next time I’ll buy from ASOS. Come Monday my parcel will have been in UPS’s hands for 14 days. Tracking shows it standing still at Le Hope, in the UK the whole time. It occasionally gives me hope by offering a delivery time. And then fails to meet it. Perhaps it will arrive. I’m dreading the refund process if it comes to that.
Terrible delivery times
Ordered some shorts in what I thought would be plenty of time before my holiday. Turns out delivery time will be 18 days from placement of order so won't arrive in time. In hindsight I wish I'd ordered from elsewhere. Won't be ordering from here again. Didn't expect such poor service from a reputable brand.
10 day delivery time passed with…
10 day delivery time passed with nothing being dispatched. Multiple emails to customer services and brushed off with lies. Excuses about change of logistics, then mistaken addressing despite DHL shipping numbers being supplied which DHL confirmed they have never received goods from Carhartt to deliver. Only resolution to go to bank and try and get my money back.
Order a month before you need it!
I bought a sweatshirt and t shirt in 2 separate orders, the t-shirt took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, and the sweatshirt I ordered first, has still not arrived. I did finally find the 'shipped' email in my junk box and it is due to arrive Wednesday, nearly 4 weeks after ordering. I wish they would state the delivery delays as this was a birthday present for 6th May. It will be 21st on Wednesday if it comes that day. It was ordered in April. I wrote to customer service who did reply saying they were exceptionally busy...that was over two weeks ago too.
I wish I knew how bad it was before I ordered. You shouldn’t order from here to the UK
Probably the worst experience I’ve had getting a delivery online. 3 weeks after order and enough delays, my package was delivered to a store 30 minutes from my home. Not sure what use that is to anyone.
