Our company, Desirol Limited, registered with Caring Pulse on 28th January 2025, persuaded by their mission to empower care businesses and provide access to a broad marketplace of clients and professionals. We paid £499 for a package that promised access to GPS for client contacts, social workers, NHS contacts, and local visibility, among other services — many of which cannot even be found on their website. The intention was to help us acquire clients for our care business.

To date, we have not received a single lead, nor even the opportunity to contact potential clients to get a yes or no. The service has fallen dramatically short of what was promised. Instead of facilitating meaningful connections, it has left us frustrated, disappointed, and out of pocket.

From our experience, the platform does not deliver on its promises and gives the impression of being misleading, if not outright deceitful. We strongly caution any business considering signing up to think very carefully before parting with their money.

Caring Pulse has failed to provide the service they advertised, and in our opinion, businesses like this should not operate unchecked in such a sensitive sector where trust and reliability are vital.
