Subscription Scam
I used their site to find a report for my vehicle. I paid for the report and after a few days I got a notification from my bank account regarding a new payment to CarJudge . The total amount was 29,95€. When I email them they said that we are agreeing in a subscription and that after the free trail ends it will draw more money for the subscription. It’s a scam! Don’t trust them and don’t use them!

Be careful and cancel the trial immediately, they will renew the subscription without a single word or email or anything, which is a common practice to announce you will be charged nowadays, but no, they just hope you missed it and take your 30€. Not satisfied at all, plus the report was just meh, could have been better.

paymets process is very risky and blocked my bankcard!
i will check one car wich i would like to buy, and after pushing the button pay, they will proceed payment but thanks god for my bank security they blocked this payment only with notification about high risk operation. carjudge automatically will proceed authorization and that is not allowed. if this security level is less strict, they may probably have access to my card credentials. today they will try proceed repeating payment and after that is my card blocked,so i must ask for new. im very dissapointed and angry! how could you steel money from people in this way! customers be aware of this company! carjudge be serious and make a more clearly description on your site about payments and rules!!

I paid approximately £2.50 for a vehicle report and was later charged £56 for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. The recurring payment was not made sufficiently clear during the purchase process. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, my request was refused despite explaining the situation clearly.
This experience felt misleading and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to carefully check the terms and monitor their bank statements before purchasing anything from this company.

I emailed them at the address provided asking them to cancel my subscription and received an auto-generated reply saying they'd reply within 24 hours....they didn't reply in that time and then tried to take another payment. Do not use this company.

I want to emphasise the professionalism and the empathy from the Carjudge team.
I paid for a car assessment, and I didn't notice that I had to cancel the trial and 7 days. So, after I got the monthly subscription taken from my account, I called to cancel and ask for a refund of the subscription. Even though I was already past the 7-day cancellation time per their terms and conditions. They were very quick to reply and very reasonable to open an exemption and still refund my payment. I spoke to LAURE, what a lovely person.
Apart from getting a great car assessment, I also learned a lesson about professionalism. Thanks, carjudge.

I needed a check on a new car i was buying so got carjudge to do the checks.
I paid for 1 check but didn't realise I was subscribing after 7 days before cancelling.
Carjudge took 25 pounds from account but after I noticed in bank account and one email to carjudge they reimbursed me straight away..
Now that's how a decent company does business.
