Brand New Mercedes GLB delivered to me today : )
These guys are great to deal with, throughout the process from my intial enquiry to delivery i was kept well informed, my phone calls were answered promptly and even though another company i had requested a quote from were overly confident TVL would not be able to supply my Mercedes GLB as promised. Great service
I had been struggling to find the car I wanted in stock and was being quoted delivery dates into 2021 by a number of other leasing companies for a factory order.
I spoke to Scott about a different car (which fatefully ended up being sold out) but Scott was able to source my original choice in the spec I wanted. The process to secure the car and submit my application was seamless.
Scott was incredibly responsive throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. The time frame in which they got me my vehicle was also really impressive.
Total Vehicle Leasing made the entire process really easy and I wouldn't hesitate in contacting the guys again when my lease comes up for renewal in a couple of years.

Car Lease:
This is the second time I have used TVL Ltd and again was looked after by Scott. I think the current climate of Covid and the financial recession made the process a lot more difficult and decisions were much slower and harder to get. Scott worked tirelessly and patiently guided me through the process. I could not recommend Scott and TVL more highly.
