Fantastic service from start to finish. Spencer couldn't do anymore, his customer service from the minute i applied was second to none, nothing was ever to much trouble for him. Brilliant service. I ordered a car just over 2 weeks ago and it was delivered on time 2 days ago. Cannot praise them enough. I dealt with Mike Bunning from start to finish who kept in touch and answered every question.

Spencer and the team at Total vehicle Leasing made the whole experience of leasing very easy. It was the first time I had thought about leasing, and they were credibly helpful in taking me through the steps to get the car I wanted as quickly as possible.
I was a reasonably difficult customer after recently moving house and getting married (name change) however, they were able to ensure that the finance went through quickly and efficiently.

The whole process from putting in the order to receiving the car was such a breeze and with top quality customer service. I put in my order forms to Freddie Read who was very helpful in retrieving deals and information on what cars I could afford in my budget. When I handed in my first finance forms it was accepted within a couple of days which was great as I had a time limit to give back my old car. Soon as I knew it and filled out my final few forms I received a call on what day was best for the car to be delivered. I’m over the moon with my new car and didn't think it would be this easy. I have recently taken delivery of a brand new Volvo XC60 T4 Edition from car leasing people. As well as being delighted with the car, I was overwhelmed with the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. They knew what they were talking about, (even with me asking lots of questions about the specification) chatty and friendly. Making every stage of the process trouble-free.

If you are thinking of leasing a new vehicle don’t avoid car leasing people so as to save a few quid elsewhere.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Whole process took less than 3 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery of vehicle and got the exact specification I wanted. Speedy communication from account manager Scott and Leanne in his absence whenever I had any queries.
