What can I say.... I fancies a new car so I thought I would try finance found carloans and it couldn't of been easier. Was dealing with a chap called Erfan. Carloansuk have had the payment from my finance company but have refused to send it to the dealer. And now they say the deal is cancelled. Both the dealer or finance company unaware.

worst company I have dealt with!
worst company I have dealt with!! trying to get a confirmation of sale, funds. our client has had to be sent home as you cannot get hold of anyway to confirm payout. I will strongly advise against using this firm. we use 30/40 firms and this one is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The deal has been unwound and they have not returned any of the funds, so we still have a marker on our car
