Do not get car finance with this company they charge £2000 starting price added to your finance and set days to go collect your car the worse car finance you can go with avoid fees are ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

When i first applied for car finance for my very first car I was nervous and unable to find a good and reliable car then I spoke to Jack at car loans and he made me right at ease and explained everything clearly to me and helped me find a car for my needs and helped me every step of the way from contacting the dealership to conversing with me to explain things and was very thorough with looking at every possible detail and helping through the process of getting the car loan that i needed to get the car that was found. Very happy with the service and I am looking forward now to getting my very first car Thank you Jack

If I could give it zero I would the worst company very rude people on the phone none of them communicate, they have lost a customer and a garage because of there incompetence, do not go with this company!!!!

Where to begin...sitting on the train home from london back to glasgow...a long a wasted day and very expensive day also...

first time round i seen a van that took my fancy,so organised finance and to pick the vehicle up with the garage...turns out it was sold and didn't inform me of another sale.

So i thought fair enough...will pick another van. so i picked another van,called the garage and put down a holding fee,no problem. I was then fully cleared for finance,so was told they only pay out to dealerships on certain days...this happened to be a wednesday,took the day off work and arranged with garage to collect...all comfirmed by dealer and car loans uk.

Travelled down to london to pick van up...no phone call when i arrived at 12pm as promiced by text message to confirm all was ok and was happy with van. i called them and they said that payment goes through once i am happy with vehicle and once i send a picture of myself with the van.

So i send a pic of myself with van and also that im delighted with the van.

1.30pm comes and no payment to garage...i call them and so does the dealership,to see whats going on.

called me to say that finance wont pay out today and that i should make my home. Both the dealership and myself left confused/annoyed and wondering what is going on.

Dealership called them, to be told that they are unsure when payout will happen.

So i head home on the train with no van...

called me around 4.30pm to proceed to tell me that Finance company wont pay out at all. that they will get me in another vehicle and finance deal.

Wild to say the least. want the van ive been approved for and cane down to pick up.

Terrible Company ,alot of lies and given poor and wrong information. Definitely wont be using again. will be contacting the ombudsmen tomorrow.

I wasn’t intending to buy a car straight away, but they were both so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, helped arrange the finance, and found exactly the car I was looking for. At no point did I feel under any pressure.

The customer service from start to finish was outstanding, and I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to make everything run smoothly.

I wish Jay and Reid every success for the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you both!

I had so much help and support from Car Loans, Helen at Customer Care is truly amazing!

First speaking to a young man named Jay who was soooo helpful and also brought a little humour to the process, he was very thorough in getting to know what I wanted and what I didn't and then trawling my options and sending me the best of what he could find making what could have been an extremely stressful process so easy and even enjoyable! Then speaking to Danny for the final leg of the process and he too was a pleasure to deal with, many thanks to both of these gentlemen for making it as easy as possible and making sure I was happy with everything every step of the way! Would highly recommend to any of my friends and family, many thanks 😊

Was inquiring about a car today and didn’t think I’d end up with a car but the lovely salesman I spoke to found my dream car with added ammenties in the car for such a great price! He managed to work around my budget and helped get me the best deal available. It was quick and easy and I would recommend this service! Sahand was gent I was corresponding with!!

Very good people and information

The first part of the process was really simple and the staff were great - especially Emily. She found a car I’d been wanting instantly and sorted out the whole process for me. This was excellent.

Unfortunately everything after started to go downhill.

They would constantly ring me, even whilst I was in work and unable to answer (even though I told them my availability). Albeit this is only a minor thing, it’s something to point out.

Once everything had been approved they arranged a meeting time with the dealership. I told them I couldn’t do that time as I was scheduled in for work, but insisted that was the only time available.

So I had arranged to leave early so I could make the 2hr trip to the dealership.

The dealership people were great and I cannot fault them in anyway.

I sorted out the paperwork and handed them the deposit within 10 minutes of being there. Everything was sorted their end…

However it took the lender 3 hours… of unanswered calls, hanging up on me and the dealership(!), delays and lies(!) just to send the money over to them.

So instead of earning an extra 5 hours of pay at work, like I should have done, I had to wait around over 3 hours in Crewe because they wouldn’t send them the money.

Obviously something could’ve been going on their end, but there was no communication between me and them to suggest why it was being delayed so much.

They even said to me an hour or so after being at the dealership that everything was sorted their end and the money would be sent to them shortly.

Shortly actually being another hour and a half.

So yeah… what should’ve been really easy ended up causing so much extra fuss and waiting around.

Tyler was really helpful throughout the process to help me get my new car and answered any questions I had
