Terrible aftercare
The process up until agreeing the finance was great. The after care has been shocking. The only communication I had was me calling them to see what's going on. Always told someone would get back to me and never did. Trying to cancel the agreement as the car is not up to the standard I was expecting and its just been a nightmare.

I took out a loan for a car with CARLOANSUK.UK
I took out a loan for a car with this company, but I canceled it within the 14 days cooling off period, But 3 months on They still have not returned the funds to the loan company.
This is affecting my credit score and causing a lot of stress, I'm now looking at taking legal action as this is theft, I'm in constant communication with the loan company and trying to get this sorted out as I can't get another loan elsewhere until this is sorted out.
DO NOT USE CARLOANSUK.UK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LOOSE YIUR MONEY.

Id personally avoid
What felt like an easy process turned into a issue that in the long run may have had difficulty with. The process of finding a car was made simple and everything was agreed. Communication around collection of the car was not there, multiple times I called however the call continuously got cut off. Finally got through and was told that the next avalible slot to collect the car was over 14 days which would have taken me iver the 14 days of cancellation should this be required. Payments were set up to be taken out 4 days before id even been booked to look at the car. When this was challenged, it was repeated that this is the only avalible slot coming up. I did cancel my application and went with another company which was more quicker with the collection time.
