Was a bit apprehensive to order as I had seen a mix of reviews but decided to go ahead anyway as I loved the look of the dresser. Dresser, stool and mirror came and are all absolutely gorgeous couldn’t fault at all delivered within 2 days. Would highly recommend

Mirror not as expected, I had high hopes for this mirror but to my disappointment when it arrived I noticed the base had a few scratches on and the mirror had a small scratch.
Also the light is not bright at all.
Returning it has been easy and customer service has been good.
I’m just waiting on a refund.

Delivery was really quick. The packaging was really secure. Product is lovely. However one of the adjustable feet was broken so couldn’t adjust the height. I therefore had to completely remove all the adjustable feet and break off the broken part of the faulty foot in order for the unit to sit lower rather than higher.

I knocked off 1 star as considering the price it was disappointing to experience a flaw in something so basic.

Unfortunately the quality doesn’t live up to the photos. Arrived damaged, chipped edging on the top & wrinkled velvet material. Also the stitching panels aren’t really stitching but imprinted velvet made to look like stitching. As such one of the drawers was without these imprints (very faint markings).
It’s ok for what I paid for it, I was given a £50 refund due to the issues. Even the mirror leans forward! Mass produced & cheaply made. What you see in the photos is AI generated (as I was told by customer services), so what you get sadly doesn’t match the stock images. I will keep it a couple of years & get something of better quality.
Delivery exceptionally fast, refund of £50 received promptly. Customer service on line was very prompt. Also easy to assemble. You can’t reach them on the telephone number on the card they send you with your items. It’s just a dead line.

excellent delivery and customer services from ordering to delivery - even when I had a slight issue with the product (which is beautiful) they sorted out the issue with speed and efficiency - highly recommend

I was really excited to received my Carme mirror. For almost £80 I expected it to be of good quality and to look premium.
Unfortunately I was disappointed as on arrival today the mirror looked clearly used / second hand. It was covered in finger prints on arrival and it also has lettering that looks worn off. I’m not convinced this mirror is new. I have asked Carme for a refund, given the issues I hope they will offer a 50% refund because I am heavily pregnant and I don’t really have the time to now return my mirror and order a new one as I have other priorities. Hoping to hear from Carme soon regarding my poor order experience.

This company is outstanding, the customer service is second to none. I accidentally ordered a mirror twice as Apple Pay crashed on me, so I reordered using a different payment method. They cancelled one order and refunded me almost instantly.
Today I received my mirror, it’s so beautiful, I’m absolutely thrilled.
It arrived really quickly and was so well packaged. I was a little dubious ordering a mirror online but I really shouldn’t have worried. My only regret is I didn’t discover this company sooner. Thank you guys! What you are doing is outstanding. Thank you !!

I ordered a product from Carme Home and it arrived damaged in 3 places. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was offered an insulting partial discount as if I should just accept a faulty item.

When I pushed back, I was contacted by an agent whose communication was riddled with broken English, unclear instructions, and a total lack of professionalism. It honestly felt like dealing with a scammer rather than a legitimate company representative.

To make matters worse, they demanded I repackage the large item in its original packaging (which had already been disposed of on unboxing – as anyone would reasonably do). The whole process has been a nightmare: stressful, time-consuming, and handled with staggering incompetence.

I’ve had to fight for even basic accountability and still haven’t been offered a fair, respectful resolution. For a company that markets itself as “luxury,” this level of service is absolutely disgraceful.

I didn’t think it could get any worse until said agent came back to me again with the most sarcastic and belittling reply. I’ve had no choice but to escalate this to the highest level now and make my complaint public.
The leader of the company is equally as rude, so save yourself the time in emailing expecting an apology and some kind of accountability.

In the early hours of the morning the same agent replied to this review with an insulting and quite frankly disgusting message. CARME have had the sense to delete it. Oh how I wish I could add an attachment of the original reply. They’d never have another customer ever again if so.

Save yourself the stress – avoid Carme Home at all costs. They are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Beautiful mirror

Genuinely could not be happier with my new mirror. I’m super picky and did my research on LED mirrors and Carme have nailed it.
Have you ever put your foundation on and it looks good but then you’ve gone into another room and seen that it looks like someone’s thrown teabags at your face? If so, you need to get one of these mirrors. The daylight light setting is amazing for doing foundation and the white light is perfect for plucking brows.

As for the company themselves, I had a query while waiting for delivery (which was really fast) and they got back to me almost instantly. They even kept an eye on the delivery tracking and checked in to make sure I got it.

Beautiful product; it’s partially assembled already which helps user.
The cabinet can still be wall mounted. It’s high quality and good value for money. Looks great with the lights on!

All was good except didnt know legs of table would need to be added.This was difficult.

Quality products (I keep coming back to them and buying extra bits and all of the items have been really well made, packaged brilliantly and look lovely)

Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I bought a dressing table from Carme Home for £185, and I seriously regret it. What I received was an absolute mess. The table came with scratches all over, chipped corners, awful paintwork, and the stool was ripped with huge scratches on the legs—both the stool and the table legs were completely battered.
I reached out to their customer service, expecting a solution, and all they offered was a £60 refund and told me to keep the damaged item. That’s insulting! The whole set isn’t even worth £30, let alone what I paid. It’s shocking that they even thought that was acceptable.
To top it off, their customer service is completely useless slow to respond, unhelpful, and just didn’t seem to care at all about resolving the issue properly.
I highly DO NOT recommend Carme Home. Save your money, your time, and your patience shop elsewhere.

I thought the items looked almost too good to be true on the website but decided to take a risk.
The console table ‘Claudia’ is beautiful, classy and has legs that make it look chic. Each drawer is lined with a soft foam and I’m really happy with this item
