I bought 3 items 2 years ago. Knightsbridge console, side table and mirror. Very good quality, this furniture makes my hallway look luxurious.
However I had an accident recently, broke the small piece of mirror tile on console table, I emailed to Carme home if they can get me mirror tile replacement? The customer service went smooth, they gather the right mirrors at the warehouse and sent me the photos of all different shapes of mirror to post me the right one.
My console is now looking new again. I’m so grateful. Highly recommended to Carme Home. Thank you.

I originally saw this brand while scrolling through TikTok and instantly thought “wow, this looks too good to be true”! I viewed their website and made an order of the mocha dressing table, mirror and stool combo for my guest bedroom. Immediately I realised my old address was listed on my Apple Pay and had a moment of panic, I contacted customer services and got the speediest response from Shirley who straight away actioned my address change and didnt make me feel stupid for my mistake. I ordered roughly around 13:30 yesterday afternoon and by 10:00 this morning it was already delivered! Great delivery service and friendly driver who helped me get the heaviest item into my home. Upon opening I was suprised at the quality (there wasn’t even the smallest chip, dent or mark on my items). Putting together was so simple as the majority is already done so that was also a bonus. I would definitely order again. Thanks once again for your fabulous customer service even after delivery you sent a courtesy email to check everything was okay! Wonderful company (and I never write reviews so this means it’s good!)

Quick delivery the power pack was missing however a quick email and a replacement was dispatched and all working nicely very happy with the item and service

The delivery was delayed, and then missing and when it finally arrived, the mirror was deattached from the frame because it probably was hold on the cheap glue, which means I can’t use it at all. Moreover, I was strongly disappointed by the quality of the table, the drawers don’t slide smoothly so I can open and close it quick enough.

Ordered a LED light up mirror. Believe me when I say the quality of the item is not worth £160+ for the largest led mirror they do. Has arrived with multiple defects and can tell the item is made cheaply. Great concept and would be stunning if the materials were to a high standard. Just not worth the price tag in my opinion.

I ordered the vanity desk and it arrived almost fully built (yay) and very well packaged. A great value item for the cost, doesn't feel incredibly sturdy but is appropriate for the cost.
The item arrived quickly as well, even at Christmas time.
I had an issue that customer service helped with very quickly and politely!
Would definitely order from here again.

I’m being sent multiple emails asking me to review items that I haven’t received so here the review!!!
I’m currently on ‘working day’ 13 and have not received half of my order, my emails are being ignored and this company is doing NOTHING to get my parcel to me!
Would I recommend? NO!

The mirror that I received was poor quality and very cheap looking, almost plastic. The LED lights barely made a difference and were extremely dim. Considering the price, I’ll be returning

Fairly responsive customer service, but product quality is very poor. Both the original and replacement dressing table came with chips, cracks and drip marks from the paint. The LED mirror is stamped with the Carme logo and this logo was also slightly bent.

We arranged collection. Waiting for the refund after it. Probably I was a bit harsh on support as I had recent experience with another company where I received emails once a week where my willingness to return purchase was ignored but I constantly was offered to get a partial refund. It took 40 email, 3 negative reviews and 2 formal complaints to get my refund. Comparing to that experience CARME Home's support is quick enough and friendly.

My partner bought the mirror recently as a gift for me. The mirror itself was good in terms of the size. However, I'm disappointed with the mirror as there are scratches all around the light ring and the quality of the edges of the ring was not as hoped for. In addition, the light itself is not bright enough to be useful for me.
We would like to return the mirror.
Support offered to us £10 refund if we remove backboard and clean the marks by alcohol wipes. No instructions how to return the purchase were sent.
Under UK consumer law, for online purchases, I have the right to cancel my order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if they are not faulty. After notifying the seller, I have another 14 days to return the items. The seller is then obligated to refund customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

It looks very cheap for what is labelled a “luxury” brand. It also came with faulty fixings. I also didn’t realise the mirror would have “CARME” printed on it.
