I am so disappointed.
Had to wait months for my order and then it was the wrong one.
Have emailed them a few times now and no response.
Am getting really angry with them I just want my money back.
Do not buy from them.

Terrible communication, I ordered and have no idea if I will be getting my order. Tracking system is useless.

Update: 3 weeks in and a shipping label has been made, but nothing shipped yet. I'll update again, but I may be 65 by the time it gets here...

Complete and Utter Rubbish. Typical 'Eastern' quality at a premium cost. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Any positive reviews on here are without doubt fake.

After ordering these and paying extra for there 6-14 day delivery, 3 weeks later no mats we emailed them and a reply came saying you should receive tracking number this week as you ordered them before the rush !
Two days later we were contacted and apparently our mats had not been made as they do not have a blue print for our Mercedes GLA, they may have one in 6 months time.
I think this is an Unacceptable practise and am awaiting a refund.

I ordered a car boot liner, it arrived from China by post and was poorly packaged all folded and creased, poor quality and best of all it didn't fit ! Avoid this company it's absolutely rubbish nothing like the photos on the website

CARMELO ALFOMBRILLAS has extremely resistant mats, I am totally delighted with them, their mats are waterproof, which is very useful, if in doubt I will continue buying and I will recommend them to all my friends because they are worth everything they offer, 100% recommended

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!. I ordered and got my mats 4 weeks later even though they quote 7-14 days. When I got them, the two front drivers mats didn't fit properly. I told them I want a full refund then they ignored that request and told me they will send replacements. I gave them the opportunity to put it right and sent them loads of photos and now they won't reply to my messages. My last email was that I was going to take this legal, and leave negative feedback on their Facebook and now they have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook so I know they are reading my emails!. I'm fuming. I reckon alot of these positive comments are from their friends!. You can give it a try but if there is a problem then your stuffed! They won't deal with it.

Honestly avoid buying from this company, every bad review below is correct. I placed an order and waited over a month, the boot liner arrived screwed up in the packaging totally distorted, it’s arrived in about a dozen bit accompanied with double sided Velcro, I guess the intention is you have to stick it together like a jigsaw puzzle, poor quality a total waste of money

Perfecto. I absolutely love the fit and finish of these mats. They feel and look great. Cover the floor of my G wagon perfectly. Totally change the look of the interior, and are exactly what I was looking for.

Do not trust this company it is a complete con. I placed a order almost a month paid extra (rushed design) to get the order within 19 days guaranteed. I have sent multiple emails and had no response and finally got one from a chap called Tommy that is clearly not UK based as their address tried to imply it is all based in China. They are now making BS excuses about Brexit delays and Black friday and saying expect delivery in the next 14 days. I paid for a fast shipment of no more than 19 days. They have not responded to my request for a refund. Do not order from this company it is a complete con and they are not UK based as the address tried to imply. The fact the the emails I am getting are all from one person is alarming. Con con con. They have stole over £300 from me. Tommy you are a bloody thief.

Ordered a custom boot liner. First one was damaged in transit in Singapore. They said they would send another but Its now 2 months on from my original order date and not arrived plus they won't refund me. AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 I would, absolutely abysmal company to deal with, waited 60 days for delivery to UK, arrived in a bag completely squished up, creased and heavily wrinkled, sent the exact vehicle information they needed for mats to be made, and the mats do NOT even nearly fit, completely wrong size and shape on all 3 ordered, the quality is dreadful. Unfit for purpose.

Nothing like the pictures. What was delivered was absolute garbage. I could have bought ten sets for the cost of these.

First, I ordered just the tray and then called and asked if I could change the order and make it the whole cargo liner. They said no since it was in production already and customized. The customized part was the tray which is the same for both so no reason why they could just add the other pieces to the first order. Bad customer service. Then both orders were delayed because they wrote wrong shipping address so they were sent back for correction. Finally got them and the quality isn’t great worse of all the complete cargo liner for my 4Runner didn’t even come close to fitting and covering like the pics showed. Missing pieces?? Asked for a refund and they would make it right maybe it was a human error??? Told them no thanks as I can’t afford to wait this long again so I ordered something that worked first time off Amazon. Stay away from this company if you can. Wasted my money and still trying to get a refund.

This website is fake, don't trust I paid for mats which was 40 days ago I didn't received the mats, they will give you a tracking number which Will be in exported position and would not move, if you email them they will make excuses and lie to you I don't know why they can get those positive reviews, down there 👎definitely fake like Carmelo. You can see that this fake business didn't verified the business details,and neither replyed to comments, as genuine business would do, If you want carmats there is a genuine business that are on trustpilot. Just wanted to let know those innocent customers to not fall in the trap of this thief.

Waited six weeks on matts that don’t fit I would not trust the company appears to be based in china rather than the us and uk as website suggests
