Response to nikki from car people please check your records as i have everything logged and accounted , Dave from car money was notified on 14th may as was perrys , as its the end of the day on 19th may i have still had no contact from carpeople despite that i have told them i will cancelling the direct debit i encouraged carpeople to put the finance on hold while they did the investigating still had no response from carpeople. It could be resolved the evidence is clear, perrys of doncaster used AI on the advertisement of pictures of van as when i received the van it had lots of scratches around it perrys told me its a van and its not unusual to have scratches despite it coming up to 3 years old, perrys told me to try using T- cut on the scratches. As for the service history missing a major service and no record of a service being done on over 30,000 miles those are my genuine reasons of declining the van. Mike hughes

CAR MONEY sold be bad warranty using to warranty wise
I still waiting for a response, As I said I will putting this review on trust pilot about how I was treated, by all parties involved.
I was sold a car on HP by yourselves. CAR MONEY from a car dealer call VERTUS Motors in good faith and put on a warranty plan that was incorrectly setup.
But you put me to a warrantywise car company just 2 even before the car arrived at my address, that was not fully cover under warranty guidelines and not under FCA.
The car I bought was arrange to be put under warranty wise warranty you introduced me to .
The warranty company guidelines stated they would not put a car under the warranty without full service history including specific Audi parts, this I was not aware.i was told that was not
Between yourselves and warranty wise they ignore their own guidelines and put my car under warranty without requesting a 40,000 miles service history of a major Audi part called the Mechatronics unit as well the normally service history .
So when I claimed a warranty repair for the same Mechatronics unit I was told by warranty wise there’s not service history for the part that need repair ,so they declined the request, even though at the beginning of setting up my plans they the only asked for the annual service history for car that I produce for the past 4 years.
When I chose the car through yourself you did inform me you put the car under the plan with making me aware of what was cover. My Warranty wise claim was decline then had to pay £5400 out my pocket leaving mr financially in difficulties.
I would like a good will redress and gesturer to be discussed for the mental stress I have suffered compensation , including repair cost I endure for having to pay for the car repair even though I
was Made to believe I purchase a warranty package that cover this Major. Repair.
I email all three parties and nobody took any responsibility for I had to endure since I purchased the car .
