Josh was a fantastic agent. Very friendly, easy to chat to and as someone that gets anxious speaking to people over the phone, I found I wasn't anxious at all chatting to Josh. Recently got a car on finance, first timer so didn’t really understand or know what to expect. Was put in contact with Andrew and honestly the guy was mint! Went above and beyond with information, details, made the whole experience pleasant so props to the staff at this place because if they’re anything like the person I had then they deserve a pay rise.
