Best services I have had in a while . Tradecentre rochdale ran very poorly with no answer or no managers to speak to and all I have had from Carmoney is reassurance and patience . If I would recommend anyone trying to get a car on finance 10/10

I dealt with someone called Adam and he was brilliant from start to finish. I was very picky and fussy about the right car for me and he was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I just wanted to leave a review for Mo at CarMoney after what ended up being a very stressful but ultimately positive experience.
From the start, Mo was really helpful, responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. There were some delays on the day (which were out of his control), and at one point it looked like I wouldn’t be able to drive away with the car after travelling 3 hours to collect it.
However, Mo went above and beyond to help get everything sorted. He stayed in contact, chased things up, and even called the dealership directly to try and push things through. Thanks to his effort and persistence, the funds were released and everything was completed the same day.
I really appreciate the service and support, especially given the pressure of the situation. It made a huge difference.
