We purchased Skoda Superb 4 months ago from these guys. Never had a problem getting hold of someone to talk to or getting replies to my emails. Car was just as described. No problems at all. I had never bought a car remotely without physically seeing it but I had nothing to worry about.
I found a car on the Car Next website and I was able to reserve it for 24 hours to decide if that's the one I wanted. NO £100-200 deposit like some other competitors we all know! From there the next day I received a call and was then sent out some key documents to read over. From that point I had 7 days to make the payment and then delivery could be arranged. During the 7 days I was in contact with Car Next who answered all my questions and even arranged for Carl to do a WhatsApp video of the car.
Once my payment was received delivery was arranged and the car was driven up to Glasgow for me - again free of charge. When the car arrived I must say what fantastic condition it is in considering its a 2017 plate. All of Car Next cars are 1 owner with full service history as their parent company is LeasePlan. I believe all of their cars have been have been previous leases so they have been kept to strict high standards. I was also impressed with the price of the car which seemed very reasonable when compared to the prices up here in Scotland. I also have a 14 day 100 mile no quibble return policy if needed but I wont be returning my car! 12 month warranty included as well so you cant ask for much more than that! It really has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Car Next rather than the usual garages that seem to have the country covered. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would like to finish by saying a personal thanks to Carl, Dominika, Emma and Leslie for the superb customer service. I really hope that this team are around when I am buying my next car. I'd just like to finish by saying that I am a real customer and this is my honest review based on the purchase of my Ford Kuga ST line in August 2020.

Bought a car online in July. Online reservation and payment was straight forward however customer service wasn't always quick or helpful. When you've paid that amount of money it would be better to have instant phone calls rather than just waiting for an email back..
On delivery day the driver didn't even call ahead as promised. He didn't show us round the vehicle or explain the service history etc.. simply just asked us to sign on the tablet and walked off (I also didn't feel very comfortable signing a tablet he had been handling with the risk of covid).
Sadly CarNext forgot to register the car with DVLA in my name and it took two emails and EIGHT weeks to fix this... They didn't even bother with a follow up call or email asking if I'm happy with the car which could've prevented this from happening in the first place. Very disappointing customer service in all and a lot could be improved easily..
The only good thing is the great car I bought with no issues and it's good to have a 12 month warranty included (otherwise would be 1 star for CarNext!!)

I arranged to view a car at the Milton Keynes site with my friends with whom I was staying for a visit last weekend. Rob was our salesman and was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and putting the car on reserve for 24 hours in order for us to make further enquiries. I decided to purchase the car and spoke to Henry Hogg. I had to ring him several times to ask questions and he was always most helpful. Unfortunately I received bad news and emailed him to advise that I felt unable to proceed with the purchase. Rather than emailing back or not even replying, Henry took the time to call me as my reason for not proceeding was quite personal. I really appreciated his compassion and understanding. One does not normally associate the car sales business with sincerity so this was most refreshing and unexpected. If and when my circumstances change I would definitely use carnext again to find a car.

It's just a pitty that finance could not be accepted unless through the dealership otherwise I would have purchased the car. I explained my son has Autism and we had selected a car based on it being very very similar to our current car to help keep it familiar for him.
I was happy to pay full asking price but have finance in place with a provider I have used before. I then get told they wont let me buy the car unless it is through their provider because they make a commission on the finance from them.
I asked them to make an exception based on my sons needs and they simply dont care.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

A poor experience from start to finish, I’m afraid. Unacceptably bad communication from Car Next. I had to wait over a week between paying for the car and it being delivered. I kept asking for information, but very little was forthcoming. Meanwhile I was without a car, so I had to hire one. Reasonably, I asked Car Next to contribute to the cost of this as the delay was their fault, but they refused. I was told the car would come with a full service history but it didn’t; I reported this but heard nothing back. It also came without car mats and without the SatNav CD. They also got my address wrong on the logbook. I will never deal with this company again. All very disappointing.

Bought a VW Tiguan from CarNext last week. I was impressed by 12 month warranty and 14 days money back policy so decided to try. Service is really good, but car come without floor mats, which they promised to send within two weeks after my call (still wating for them). Otherwise car condition is perfect, and 228 points check was done well, including all liquids, tire pressure, and fuel is exactly 1/4 tank as promised. Delivery was in time and driver is very helpful. I am very satisfied by purchase.
P.S. Please note it's 21 days since car delivered now and floor mats did not arrive. I knew this from other reviews and called to check before car arrive about floor mats. But still.. Why it's such a big problem to provide car with floor mats ?
