I just cancel the program
I just canceled the program. I asked for a copy of my signed papers stating that I shall not pay my creditors or use anymore credit since Carolina legal services was going to represent me. Never received it. It's been a month since I signed with the program and none of my creditors have been notified. I sent an e-mail to my case lawyer and it was sent back to me because the e-mail appears to be nonexistent. All this made me not to trust this program and very slow process. I expect then to returned the total amoth of money they debitef from my account within 7 to 10 weekdays as they stated today.

I was very skeptical to sign up for the service. I tried a debt recovery service in the past and no resolutions were ever started. Carolina legal services went right to work contacting my creditors
Only one creditor ever called me during the process and that was also quickly resolved.
Yes my credit score suffered briefly during the process but several months later my score is already recovering.
I appreciate the customer service folks especially Amalika. She was persistent and resolved all of my accounts .
