Linens were wrapped in smelly plastic, it was so impersonal. Also, the check lists shouldn't be more than 3 things.

Pretty good house but No grass for dog…
Pretty good house but No grass for dog that we paid an extra $150 for. Also no lockable door to get to and from beach so you have to go out frontdoor and down 1 flight of steps and back up 1 flight of deck steps to get to beach.

It was easy to book and everything is done online which I love. If I had questions, I got answers pretty quickly. I was notified via texts and emails with all information regarding the rental. The rental was very clean, comfortable, and we were able to get into the rental early on check-in day. I will book with again with Carolina Retreats.

Lovely beach House!
The house we rented was very clean upon arrival. It was stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly while we were there. The home itself was lovely! The layout was perfect for us. We couldn’t ask for a nicer rental!

Very nice accommodations. Stocked with everything we needed. The fridge, cooktop & microwave were very convenient. Walk across the street for the beach. The pool was an added plus.

Customer service and registration process outstanding…
The registration process was simple and easy. Right from when I spoke to the person at The Beach House in Oak Island. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes to complete.When we arrived the room was clean and welcoming. Great place to visit and we will definitely do it again soon.

Rented a house at Topsail Island for…
Rented a house at Topsail Island for Spring Break. The house was okay, but there was a serious roach/waterbug problem. The rental company sent out an exterminator the next day, but we continued to kill cockroaches(large & small). So afraid that I was going to bring some back in my luggage! Not cool!!
