The perfect experience
The property was extremely well maintained, and the minor issue we encountered (surprise spring bees!) was dealt with so quickly that we didn’t even lose beach time. Thanks so much for everything- we’re already booking the next trip!!

Number 1 place to stay for our vaca
Absolutely Loved our apartment! Great location to the beach access. Close to everything. Despite the construction being done, it was still very pleasant and can’t wait to return when it’s all done! The office staff was also very pleasant and nice to deal with which means a lot! Huge shout out to Amanda! She’s amazing and when we needed something she was there! Can’t wait to plan our next vaca there!

Great location. Right across the street from the beach. . Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. Only two minor negatives: no facial tissue in any of the room and not ice trays in the freezer.

Huge letdown on customer service..
Huge letdown on customer service... I could never get to talk with a person; only an email would work in the beginning stages of reserving the house. Good communication through text and email once our reservation was close to fulfilling. I had to call to verify the instructions about the garbage and was treated with disrespect in regards to my question. Not an overly friendly office personnel that I talked with.

It was a very nice clean place
It was a very nice clean place. Had a nice view of the ocean off the porch. My only complaint would be the parking and needing a little light in the parking area. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

We had a lovely week
We had a lovely week. The house was so clean and well-stocked. Loved having linens included. It was a pleasure dealing with Carolina Retreats as I had to change our arrival and departure times twice. Thank you! The location is very convenient. The only problem we had was being physically limited I was unable to access the beach due to no direct access that I could safely negotiate. Was able to enjoy the ocean view from the decks.
