The website indicates that it is a company founded by a mother and daughter in a corner of Greenville. It never indicated the state or gave a business address/phone but a storefront is shown on the website. I ordered a pantsuit and the first red flag was a note from USPS saying that they had an address label and were waiting for the item to clear customs.
They indicated that there was a good return policy:

The clothing arrived and didn’t fit and was very poor quality. I tried to return.
You had to email them for information on how to return. I said it didn’t fit and wanted to return. They replied via email that they needed more information. I provided additional information via email and got a response that they needed a photo of the item before they could process the return. I took a photo and sent it back. The response was that they could offer a free replacement, but I would have to cover the shipping costs – they offered free shipping when sending to me. I said I didn’t want anything else so please tell me how to return. (I then checked the return policy in the small print at the bottom of the page and it indicated that I would have to return to their warehouse in Asia and there would be a $15 administration charge). The next email said they would offer me a free replacement without a shipping fee and no need to return the original item.
It became clear that they would never return my money so I am taking it as a loss but want to let everyone know not to order from them. I recently noticed that there is another Caroline and Rose clothing company in Greenville, NC with similar webpage but a real address which could potentially be confused with this company that appears to be an Asian scam.

I ordered three dresses and two did not fit. When I asked to return for a refund they kept sending me emails stating I could get 10% refund and keep the dresses. I pushed back and again said I wanted to return for a full refund. They again kept saying I should keep the dresses with a 10% refund.
Again I said no and they then gave me instructions on how to return and the address was in China. I was flabbergasted as their address in in the US.
Of course it is not worth it to pay the money to send to China so I am stuck with 2 dresses I do not want.
Worst company ever to deal with.

I ordered what was supposed to be 4 linen tops from them. What was delivered was 4 polyester/spandex tops so poorly made it was incredible.
Before I ordered , I checked the return policy. The website said “free returns within 30 days of receipt “. Since they supposedly have a store in Greenville, SC, I thought I was safe ordering.
Once I started the return process, the site said there is a $15.00 PER ITEM return fee, and I have to pay postage to ASIA! STAY AWAY!

The dress I received was very low quality. Very thin, flimsy material. There was a random seam running down the right front of the dress. It connected to a seam at the waist but the waist seam did not go fully around the waist. They offer "free" returns but charge a $15 administrative fee and the return has to be sent to their warehouse in Asia that the buyer pays for! I should have read the return policy closer. Do not order from this company.
