Shorts are great, t-shirts are a weird fit or maybe I'm just too old for them. Either way there's no point having one without the other so I kept both. Hopefully the t-shirts will stretch and shrink into a more normal shape through washing and wearing. Also the ecru shorts and ecru t-shirt aren't really the same colour

Scumbags - they will not process your refund even after months and months of trying!!!

Ordered two items but they didn’t fit, so I asked for one to be refunded and the other to be exchanged for a smaller size.
They took three weeks to even respond each time completely ignoring what I said to them in my email.
I told them not to send the exchange as I was now fed up of waiting, they completely ignored me and send the exchange anyway.
I still have no refund and no exchange a month later .

All of the 1-star reviews you see here about how they never refund your money are 100% true. It's a shame because their products are pretty good, but the customer service and communication are appalling.

I bought two pairs of cargos from the online store, one of them was too small so I returned it and opted for a refund. I received an email on the 13th of November to let me know they had received the item and to allow 2 - 5 days for my refund to be processed. It is now the 29th of November and I am yet to receive my refund - they ignore all emails and will instead just flat-out ignore you. It's theft at the end of the day.

I would highly recommend avoiding these criminals.

Great service and quality clothing

Absolutely awful & avoid at all costs. I purchased some carpenter jeans 2 weeks ago which arrived and was too small. I simply asked how to return these which there was no clear instructions of doing so. I contacted customer service and they give me a sheet to fill out and include with the delivery as I sent it back which I did so. After a few days I checked if it had been delivered and it had so. I had not been contacted they had received it instead I had to contact them and ask what was happening with my money. After days of waiting for a reply they responded with “you need to use the returns portal you haven’t returned the items correctly” this was news to me as I had been instructed to do it another way on a previous email and had never heard of a returns portal. I tried doing this and my order number and email apparently isn’t a match and after 5 days have had no reply off them after multiple emails being sent. I’m now left without the jeans and -£60 and have no idea what to do from here, avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere.

The customer service is abysmal. The reviews about shocking customer service are very true. I ordered a pair of Jeans in September with next day delivery, they never arrived and was told they are out of stock. I asked for a refund which I am still waiting for and somehow they managed to post the Jeans three weeks after I ordered it after I specifically asked for a refund. I posted the unwanted Jeans back and it has now been over two months without a refund after multiple chasers with no response. I was assured by someone called Jack my refund would be processed after they received the Jeans but with no avail. Would avoid this company at all costs.

Worst customer service i’ve seen. Order apparently dispatched as next day delivery. Didn’t show up. No sorry just it’s not our fault and blamed the courier. fingers crossed my order turns up at all
