Returned an order for a credit note. They have acknowledged the return 18th December, however seem to have stopped responding to emails which is concerning.

Amazing product true to size love them very comfy

I had already bought the dark grey V2's and liked them that much I bought the beige the week after, but I feel I may need to get the light grey just so I have them all! Great fit and quality.😁

The product that we bought is of excellent quality. It’s very stylish and the size is perfect. Packaging was also good. The only downside was that the delivery was late. We ordered it as a Christmas present and it arrived on 27 December.

Lovely and quickly

The quality of clothes is of a very high standard.The delivery was super quick. They emailed with confirmation of order immediately. I had to exchange my item and again customer service was excellent.

Awesome customer service. I’m in the states and had to send a few products back, the customer support was great at keeping me updated on store credit. I love Carpe Omnia products. Very thankful!

Unbelievably poor costumer service. Two days for a replying sent wrong clothes at first then sent the right size over a week later to the wrong address. Poor customer service very bad to deal with poor communications and clearly issues in warehouse.Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely shocking sent a pair of cargos back they won’t refund me or send me a gift card so they messaged up on a separate order I placed 2 weeks early so they keeping my other order til I send my pants back (which I didn’t even order and completely wrong size I honestly wouldnt waste ur time or money with this company it’s theft if u ask me only bought twice from here and I won’t ever buy again both times had issues now they won’t send me my gift or a refund !!!!

Made a Order from this Company on the 09/12/24 had Email to say they'd got the Order then heard nothing,Emailed them asking when my Order was going to be Dispatched as I'd had no updates,5.35am this morning got a Email off Jane saying they hadn't got the Item in Stock,so it's took them 6 days to get back to me to tell me they have no Stock on this Item,someone not doing their Job & not checking their Inventory!!!so she offered a Refund or Exchange, didn't want a Refund as I'd been on Trustpilot after I made the Order to look at Reviews on this Company & Customers waiting ages for their Refunds!Emailed back asking for a different Colour..SURPRISE SURPRISE I'VE HEARD NOTHING BACK I've since Emailed 3 morex
& heard nothing back!!!!!. Wouldn't mind but this was a Christmas Gift for my Son In Law,so now I dont if im getting the Item or a Refund or either,they seem to have gone MIA?!Should have looked on Reviews before Ordering frm a Company ive never heard of!!My Bag will think twice before Ordering from this Sham again!!!!!!

A pair of jeans which were worn for the first time developed a tear down the front of them.
I emailed Carpe Omnia Customer Support and attached a photograph of the jeans.
Within days I received a reply from
Jane who advised me to return them for a replacement pair.
Unfortunately I returned them to their Head Office address in error .
There followed a string of emails as the tracking ended in Customs and I was at a loss at what to do.
Jane was really helpful and supportive and emailed me with updates.
When the jeans were returned to me I sent them back to the correct address that Jane had provided.
On receipt of the jeans a new pair was sent out .Also,the postage was reimbursed and a £5 bonus added by way of a credit voucher.
I am so grateful to Jane for her excellent customer service throughout. She was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much .

shocking customer service . bought items for my son that dont fit. the returns portal wont accept my order number. emailed 4 times for help with no joy

just got an email to say im not entitled to a refund Common theme AVOID these scsmmers sad really as the clothing is actually nice just sized poorly

Scammers running a trash company, took a month of back and forth to get a refund.
