Returned item with no refund and no reply to multiple emails.

Garbage Scam.

Sent me the wrong size couldn’t return as they have no way of making contact and ignore all
Emails. Website permanently down.

Literally robbed my money lol

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers from them on 03/03/25, still nothing. No reply to multiple emails, Royal Mail tracking showing item hasn’t even been posted. Now my order doesn’t even appear on their website when you go through the order email. AVOID

I sent a return 2 weeks ago and have not received any communication or update from them despite sending them several emails with screenshot from Royal Mail proving the return is with them.

Good communication up until I stated I would be returning part of the order (ordered jeans in two sizes). Slightly suspicious it said to keep a copy of the returns receipt. Once I was questioned if I had proof of delivery (which I have) not heard anything since. Been over 2 weeks and still waiting on a refund.

Item arrived late for a holiday, emailed them so I could return it, no response for over 2 weeks, eventually sent me a returns form, filled it out and sent it with next day tracking been another two weeks no refund or response? Website is down?

Exit scam? Returned an item for exchange and they said there was an error so gave me credit. Website is now down, my money is gone.

Worst company for returning stuff, happy to respond when your buying but my God returning awful, great quality products but make sure your happy before you buy, won't reply to an email or Facebook message awful awful

Item returned 4 weeks ago.

No refund or no store credit.

Website is under construction so I can’t use a credit even if it has been applied to my account.

No response to emails or acknowledgment. Currently waiting a refund.

Awful company, probably gone bust given website no longer exists

They are ripping people off right, left and centre it appears. They refuse to issue refunds on sale items and when you return items for an exchange I am being told there is a problem with the Returns centre. They then issue a credit note which you cannot use as the website is down. They don't reply to emails. I have just started the process via Trading Standards.

They are a scam! They don’t do returns, only credit notes. and I have been struggling to use my credit note for the last three weeks as their website is down. Customer service is non responsive. But They keep putting out marketing ads and emails. Don’t buy from them!!

Customer service is non existent if you have any issues. Emails take 3-4 days to respond to and even then you may only get one response per day. Won't be using again

Returned an item, send back for store credit.. not heard anything since. Now site been taken down! Basically gave away £60

Company has taken a DIVE.. used them for years but recently has become a joke. Returned 2 items, one for exchange and one for refund, heard nothing for a couple of weeks so EMAILED.

Got a response swiftly saying they haven't received it can I provide the tracking information, so I did, which confirms they do indeed have the items at their warehouse.

Since me providing that, no response, ignoring all emails, no refund, no exchange, no communication.

Site is under construction so can't access my account either.

I've used these for years so it's sad to see this happen but something has clearly changed internally and for the worst so if you're a new customer, go elsewhere, if you're a returning, be warned, something has changed and they will take your money and ghost you!

Why can I not get on to your website ?? Has the company gone out of business ? I have been trying for nearly a week

Exchange service is very poorly managed.

They have my money and the original product I had returned. Win, win for carpe diem.

Good material and quality items received in timely manner

I ordered a pair of jeans almost 3 weeks ago, paid for 24 hour tracked delivery and they haven't even been shipped yet. I have emailed them a few times and was first told they've been shipped, then they changed their tune on the second email saying they have been busy and will get it sent. They've not even replied to my latest email. Having read some reviews on here, I wish I didn't bother.

Ordered £80 worth of trousers and they turned up promptly but the quality of the trousers is more primark, very thin and extremely short, I’m 6ft 1 and they came up inches too short and I bought a large! I returned them for a refund but was told only store credit available due to being sale items, ironically everything on yhe website is basically on sale (clever trick by them) so store credit which I have received however the website is now down for almost a week with no sign of it returning so now I have no trousers, £5 down on postage and no way of spending the gift voucher! Awful customer service to boot

Ordered over a week ago with 24hr tracked delivery and have no response or update. More than happy to take money out of the account but can't have the decency to respond or carry out what they should be doing. Absolute scumbags as this looks to have happened to several customers. Avoid at all costs and will be contacting Trading Standards.
