Date 17/09/25 @ 4pm on Oxford road, banbury, driving extremely dangerously. Overtaking honking horn at other drivers and using extreme profanities despite the other drivers being in the right. Absolute 🔔 end

Was given Shane Francis details, told him I wanted LVT, he couldn't do it but called his friend James (don't know his surname) who could do it, started my kitchen, but unfortunately he said I didn't show him a cupboard under the stairs ( my pantry ) and he didn't have enough materials to do this very small area, kitchen finished, and promises made to return to do the pantry, not been able to get them back, will now have to get someone else to finish the job. If your given Shanes details, think again, kitchen was lovely, but not finished.

i asked for new carpet for my dining hall but unfortunatly the awaiting time was lengthy and it fortunatly arrived with an unkown substance stuck into the carpet filling the air with a bizzare scent, my guests were delighted at this.

Ordered another gorgeous wool carpet from this local company for my lounge. Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Having had difficulties with carpet from a manufacturer, staff at Castle Carpets went the extra mile to get things sorted. Customer care was excellent and special thanks to Kieron at Castle Carpets and Jason & Dave, carpet fitters in their customer care.

Massive thank you to Rhys who fitted our living room, stairs and landing carpet today. We are beyond pleased with the tidy workmanship and the excellent standard of fitting. Rhys was respectful of our property and completed the job to a very high standard.

Firstly your customer service when I came to purchase artificial grass was exceptional Other than the measurement of the area requiring artificial grass I had no knowledge of what type to buy or how it was to be fitted. Your help was so good and reassuring. Also the gentleman you suggested for collection and fitting was outstanding. I would recommend Mr Williams to anyone. Very professional and hard working also the other gentleman who was with him Thank you all for such a good service.

Just been in the other day to get carpet for my stairs and landing, grant the guy who served me was extremely helpful and polite answered all my queries. The prices were great!

Just got back and couldn't be happier. I'm a first time buyer, but the boys in the shop took the time to go through the whole process with me. I contacted Shane and Harry, the fitters, who were very polite and sorted everything out in a few minutes. Incredibly happy with the service I received, and very impressed at the prices!!

I love this place. I’ve bought carpets from here for my whole house and I’ve saved literally hundreds of pounds. They have the exact same carpets as Carpetright and Tapi but much cheaper!! The fitter Stuart was lovely too.

Avoid. Rude staff when you arrived. Rushed and felt like they wanted to get rid of you.
More concerned about the fitters they employee / advertise as part of their company. Shane broke our skirting boards. Was rude and didn’t show up. Gave us wrong time and left us waiting to finish the job for over 2 weeks

Went to castle carpets for a remnant of vinyl...was so impressed with the amount of time their salesman Luke gave us...we had no idea what to buy and showed Luke a very basic drawing of a floor plan...no problem...luke sorted it. Will definitely be going back and thankyou Luke.

Quite an awkward shaped landing to measure up but fair play Kieron bent over backwards to help us went through all our best options for type of carpet for kids and pets etc. Can’t fault him

Very happy with the carpet remnants we bought, and with the fitter recommended by carpet castle. Delivered and fitted quickly. We are planning to get a couple of off cuts trimmed off for rugs.

Andrew Edwards and a young apprentice have just fitted a runner for me. I am so pleased with the job they have done. They took pride in their work and were reliable, friendly and hard-working. I would highly recommend.
