Always great service in the shop and great value. The fitter, Andrew Edwards, did an excellent job - on time, quickly and beautifully fitted the carpet - and was happy to fit the carpet without glue as we requested. Great experience all round.

Been dealing with these for years they never cease to amaze me friendly staff always eager to please first class carpets flooring amazing quality would highly recommended even my own children are continuing to follow my foots steps and we never buy our flooring from any where else well Done carpet castle caerphilly or as i call it (caerphilly walk around) keep up the good work

Buying carpets, underlay & vinyl from here for years. The quality is as good, if not better than the big stores but price is half. Large selection of carpets, underlay, vinyls also artificial grass. Excellent staff who are helpful also the carpet fitters. You buy then the fitter picks up the day of fitting. Great service.

I have been buying carpets and vinyls from here for last 20 years. They supply quality carpets & vinyl at great prices, very helpful staff, you are well looked after. I would totally recommend this store!

Fantastic service and amazing prices! I had my artificial grass from these guys and it was a great experience from start to finish. Lovely guys in store and the fitter who installed my grass was incredible! I think his name was Adam. Fully recommend for grass or carpets.

Absolutely thrilled with the artificial grass. It's completely transformed the garden and has received many compliments. We went with rosemary, so vibrant and fantastic quality.
The grass was fitted 2 months ago and we are still wowed by how great it looks.

Really disappointing.
In November 2019 paid for artificial grass and agreed for it to be installed on existing decking two weeks later.
June 14th 2020 still not installed.
Been given the run around by the castle carpet fitter (Barrie) assigned to job.

Store of no help, "fitters run their own diary", "you are a priority, but the earliest we can fit you in is August" "or you can have your money back".

We were looking for artificial grass to put on a small area of decking. This place is amazing. They have a massive range. Biggest we have ever seen. And the cheapest.The staff couldn't do enough for us. Only 2 allowed in at a time due to Covid and all safety precautions in place. We were very impressed and wold recommend to anyone. Very pleased

What a bargain!
I bought artificial grass from Carpet Castle recently and I’m so happy with it. The price was so much cheaper than other places I tried. It looks and feels amazing, I’m so happy! Thank you to all the staff who helped me and to Barrie who installed the grass. The service was top class from start to finish! No more mowing my lawn!!

Excellent. I’ve moved 10 times in 10 years and I found this to be the best place for carpets,
I brought a house in Porth few years ago and had loads of quotes, the exact same brand of carpet was at least 30% cheaper.
Only time I haven’t been here is when they didn’t have the carpet I neede in stock which has only happened once, they would have got it in but I needed in the next day.
The staff are so helpful.
The off cuts are dirt cheap too.
